Հիպերտոնիայի (արյան բարձր ճնշում) զարգացման ու հնարավոր բուժման մասին

Գիտնականներին հաջողվել է մարդու գենետիկ կոդում հայտնաբերել ավելի քան 20 համադրություն, որոնք նպաստում են հիպերտոնիկ հիվանդության առաջացմանը։ Հետազոտության հեղինակները, մատնանշում են, որ այժմ հնարավորություն կա այս հիվանդության բուժման ավելի արդյունավետ եղանակներ հայտնաբերել ու մշակել։ Այս կապակցությամբ Բրիտանական մի խումբ կարդիոլոգիական հիմնադրամի մասնագետներ, հայտարարել են, որ հիպերտոնիայի առաջացման առաջանային գործոնը հենց կենսակերպն է։
Իսկ ահա ըստ Ամերիկայի սրտաբանության ասոցիացիայի՝ գոյություն ունեն մի շարք ռիսկային գործոններ հիպերտոնիայի համար՝ ավել քաշը, ֆիզիկական գործունեության սակավությունը, ծխելը, հորմոնալ խանգարումները եւ ընտանեկան խնդիրները:
Այս եզրակուցությունից ելնելով, կարող ենք պնդել, որ արյան բարձր ճնշումը կամ հիպերտոնիան հիվանդություն է, որն, առաջին հերթին, կապված է ապրելակերպի հետ: Ուստի ապրելակերպը փոփոխելով՝ կարող եք այն կարգավորել եւ ընդմիշտ հսկողության տակ պահել:
Կատարված հետազոտությանը մասնակցող 24 երկրներ ներկայացնող գիտնականները վերլուծել են ավելի քան 200 հազար հիվանդի տվյալները, ինչի արդյունքում ստացել են գեների 16 համադրություն, որոնք կապված են բարձր ճնշման հետ։
