Wikipedia-ի հիմնադիրն արձագանքել է Թուրքիայում այդ կայքի արգելափակմանը

Խոշորագույն ինտերնետային հանրագիտարանի՝ «Wikipedia»-ի հիմնադիր Ջիմի Ուեյլսն արձագանքել է Թուրքիայում առանց համապատասխան դատական որոշման «Wikipedia»-ի արգելափակման փաստին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Ermenihaber-ը, թեմայի վերաբերյալ Twitter-ում Ուեյլսը մասնավորապես ասել է. «Տեղեկատվությա ն հասանելիությունը մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքներից մեկն է: Ես միշտ կաջակցեմ թուրք ժողովրդին՝ իր այդ իրավունքի իրացման համար մղվող պայքարում»:
Իսկ «Wikimedia Community»-ի Թուրքիայի օգտատերերի խումբը (Wikimedia Topluluğu Kullanıcı Grubu Türkiye) իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հետևյալ գրառումն է կատարել.
«Մենք այսօր ցավով նկատեցինք, որ Թուրքիայում ժամը 08:00-ից արգելափակվել են «Wikipedia»-ի բոլոր լեզուների, այդ թվում՝ թուրքերեն բաժինները: «Wikipedia»-ի բոլոր նախագծերը ղեկավարող «Wikimedia» հիմնադրամը թեմայի վերաբերյալ ուսումնասիրություններ և քննարկումներ է վարում:
Մենք ցավալի ենք համարում որևէ գովազդից զերծ, ոչ առևտրային այս նախագծի արգելափակումը, որի հիմնական սկզբունքը բովանդակության հավաստիության ապահովումն է: Բազմաթիվ կամավորներ աշխատում են այս նախագծի վրա, որպեսզի յուրաքանչյուրի համար ազատորեն և անկողմնակալ կերպով հասանելի դարձնեն համամարդկային գիտելիքները: Հարգանքներով… »:
Թուրքիայում «Wikipedia»-ի արգելափակման առթիվ իր մտահոգություններն է հայտնել նաև «Թուրքիայի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների հիմնադրամը»՝ հիշեցնելով, որ այս խոշորագույն օնլայն հանրագիտարանը լայնորեն օգտագործվում էր հատկապես թուրք երիտասարդության կողմից:
Հիմնադրամը կոչ է արել անհրաժեշտության դեպքում արգելափակել միայն խնդրահարույց հոդվածները՝ զերծ մնալով միլիոնավոր օգտատերերի տեղեկատվության հասանելիութան սահմանադրական իրավունքը ոտնահարելուց: Կառույցը հույս է հայտնել, որ Թուրքիայի պատասխանատու մարմինները կուսումնասիրեն այս խնդիրը և շուտափույթ լուծում կգտնեն:
Թուրքիայում «Wikipedia»-ն արգելափակվել էր ապրիլի 29-ի վաղ առավոտյան: Այս մասին համապատասխան դատական որոշում չիկայացվել, բայց Թուրքիայի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և հեռահաղորդակցության խորհուրդը (BTK) տեղեկացրել է, որկայքի նկատմամբ վարչական միջոցներ են կիրառվել:
