Ե՞րբ է ավելի վտանգավոր ծննդաբերելը

Ժամեր կան, երբ ծննդաբերելն ավելի վտանգավոր է, քան ցանկացած այլ ժամին: Թեքսասի համալսարանի մասնագետները վերլուծել են գոյություն ունեցող վիճակագրությունը եւ հաստատել, որ երեխայի համար մահվան ելքով կամ մոր համար ծանր բարդություններով ծննդաբերելու հավանականությունը ավելի բարձր է, եթե ծննդաբերությունը տեղի է ունենում մանկաբարձի հերթափոխի 9-րդ ժամին:
Այսինքն՝ եթե մանկաբարձը սկսել է աշխատել առավոտյան ժամը 8:00-ին, ապա նրա հիվանդների համար ավելի վտանգավոր է ժամը 17:00-ին ծննդաբերելը: Այս ժամին մանկաբարձներն արդեն շատ հոգնած են լինում, ինչով եւ պայմանավորված է ծննդաբերության անբարենպաստ ավարտի մեծ հավանականությունը: Մասնավորապես՝ այդ պահին հոգնած մանկաբարձները կարող են չնկատել ծննդաբերության նախազգուշացնող ազդանշանները կամ նախնական փուլում առաջացած խնդիրները:
Ուսումնասիրելով 2008-2013 թվականներին Մեծ Բրիտանիայում 24,506 ծննդաբերությունների տվյալները՝ Թեքսասի համալսարանի գիտնականները պարզել են, որ մանկաբարձի հերթափոխի հենց 9-րդ ժամին է բաժին ընկնում ծանր արյունահոսության վտանգի եւ արգանդում թթվածնի մակարդակի նվազման բարձրակետը: Հետազոտողները նշել են, որ այս գործոններն են պայմանավորում երեխայի համար մահվան ելքով ծննդաբերությունների հավանականության մեծացումը:
