Աներձագը՝ հանձնաժողովի անդամ

Պարզվում է, որ ՀՀ արդարադատության նորանշանակ նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանին այսուհետ ՀՀ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովում կփոխարինի ՀՀԿ-ական Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նա Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի աներձագն է և պատգամավոր է դարձել մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով, երբ թիվ մեկ ընտրատարածքում ընտրված Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը 2012 թվականին վայր դրեց իր մանդատը:
Նկատենք, որ մասնագիտությամբ անասնաբույծ-ճարտարագետ Սարգսյանը ժամանակին աշխատել է ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի «Նոր Նորք» տարածքային ստորաբաժանման գրանցման բաժնի տեղեկատվության ենթաբաժնի առաջին կարգի մասնագետ, ենթաբաժնի պետ, տարածքային ստորաբաժանման ընդհանուր բաժնի պետ, ապա՝ ՀՀ սոցիալական ապահովագրության պետական հիմնադրամի վճարումների ծառայության «Ավան» տարածքային բաժանմունքի պատասխանատու: 2007-2011 թվականներին եղել է ՀՀ ԿԱ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի աշխատակազմի «Ավան», ապա՝ «Մարաշ» տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավար:
Նկատենք, որ նրա աշխատանքային գործունեությունը բավականին հեռու է եղել իրավական ոլորտից և դժվար է պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես է պատգամավորը քվեարկելու հանձնաժողով բերված պետաիրավական հարցերին առնչվող նախագծերին, ավելին, հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչպես է վերջինս հանձնաժողովի դատին ներկայացնելու նաև սեփական նախագծերը: Իսկ եթե հաշվի առնենք պատգամավորի պասիվությունը, ապա զարմանալի է, թե ինչ հիմքով են պատգամավորին նշանակել հանձնաժողովի անդամ և ինչով է վերջինս զբաղվելու հանձնաժողովում:
Բանն այն է, որ 2012 թվականի դեկեմբերի 2-ից պատգամավոր դարձած Սարգսյանը մինչև օրս ոչ մի ելույթ չի ունեցել, հանդես չի եկել ոչ մի հայտարարությամբ, ինչպես նաև երբեք հարց չի հնչեցրել կառավարությանը: Երբեք «դեմ» կամ «ձեռնպահ» չի քվեարկել, քվեարկություններին մասնակցել է՝ միայն քվեարկելով «կողմ», ինչպես նաև չի հեղինակել և ոչ մի օրինագիծ:
