Երևանի Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանում ծառեր հատելու մեջ մեղադրվող Ալեքսան Սամսոնյանն ազատ է արձակվել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նրա պաշտպան Արմեն Մելքոնյանը:
«Միջնորդություն եմ ներկայացրել Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազություն: Դատախազը որոշում կայացրեց խափանման միջոցը փոխել և խափանման միջոցն ընտրվեց` չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը»,- ասաց իրավապաշտպանը:
Ալեքսան Սամսոնյանը մեղադրվում է թվով 29 բարդի և թեղի տեսակի ծառեր ապօրինի հատելումեջ: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3- րդ մասի հատկանիշներով, այն է՝ ծառերի, թփերի և բուսածածկի ապօրինիհատում խոշոր վնաս պատճառելով: Արարքըպատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույնաշխատավարձի վեցհարյուրապատիկից հազարապատիկի չափով, կամ կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երեք ամիս ժամկետով կամազատազրկմամբ` առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով` որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբզբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելով՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով կամ առանց դրա:
