Ըստ լավատեղյակ աղբյուրների, առաջիկա Կառավարության կազմում կընգրկվի նաև ՎիվաՍԵլ-ՄՏՍ-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը: Նրա պաշտոնը արդեն որոշված է՝ հաշվի առնելով նրա գործունեության ոլորտը: Նա կնշանակվի Տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար:
Դրանով է պայմանավորվում այն, որ վերջին ժամանակներում մի շարք հեռուստաալիքներով մշտապես ցուցադրվում է ՎիվաՍելլ-ի բարեգործությունները, որոնք կատարում է Ռալֆ Յիրիկկյանը, այնինչ հեռուստադիտողներին դա մատուցվում է որպես Յիրիկյանի բարեգործությունները: Դա է պատճառը, որ շատերը Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանին ընկալում են որպես բարեգործ, իսկ մի շարք հեռուստաալիքներ հետևողականորեն խորացնում են այդ կեղծ պատկերացումները:
Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանին որպես բարեգործ ներկայացնելու ձգտումը ունի հիմնավոր պատճառներ: Այժմ փորձ է արվում հնարավորինս բարձրացնել Յիրկյանի վարկանիշը հանրության աչքերում, իսկ դրա համար ՎիվաՍել-ի բարեգործությունները ամենահարմար մեխանիզմն է: Իսկ պատճառը այն է, որ Յիրիկյանի արհեստականորեն աճեցրած վարկանիշը պետք է գալու ապագա Կառավարությանը:
Ինչպես հայտնի է, գործող Կառավարությունը արդեն վերջնականորեն սպառել է իրեն, քանի որ ցույց է տվել, որ Կառավարության նիստերի ժամանակ հնչող խրոխտ ելույթներից ու ամեն նիստին տանսյակներով տրվող հանձնարարականներից այն կողմ ուրիշ ոչ մի բանի պիտանի չէ, այսինքն հասարակության կենսամակարդակը այս Կառավարության գործունեությունից չի աճել, հարկերը չեն նվազել, տնտեսական աճ չկա: Եվ այժմ գործող Կառավարությունում որոշում են կայացրել ապագա Կառավարությունում ենրգրավել այնպիսի ամդրկանց, ովքեր ունեն վարկանիշ, որպեսզի նրանց վարկանիշը ավտոմատ կերպով փոխանցվի Կառավարությանը: Յիրիկյանը այդ մարդկանցից մեկն է, որը բարձացնելու է նոր Կառավարության վարկանիշը: Դա է պատճառը, որ այժմ տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներ հատուկ աշխատում են այս ուղղությամբ՝ Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանին ամենուր ներկայացնելով որպես բարեգործ, որպես բանիմաց մենեջեր, ոլորտի գիտակ և այլն ՝ փորձելով հնարավորինս աճեցնել նրա վարկանիշը: Այնինչ այս ամենը ունի զուտ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներ:
