Դեսպա՞ն, թե՞ նախարար. որ պաշտոնին կնշանակվի Արա Բաբլոյանը. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր տեղեկություններով, Սերժ Սարգսյանը որոշել է բժիշկ, պատգամավոր Արա Բաբլոյանին նշանակել Շվեյցարիայում ՀՀ դեսպան: Անգամ տեղեկացանք, որ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արդեն նրա թեկնածության ագրեմանն ուղարկել է Շվեյցարիա և սպասում է այդ երկրի հաստատմանը:
Ա. Բաբլոյանը, սակայն, մեզ հետ զրույցում հերքեց, որ ինքը Շվեյցարիայում դեսպան է նշանակվելու: «Ո՛չ: Այդպիսի բան չկա, ինձ ոչ նման բան առաջարկվել է, ոչ էլ քննարկվել է այդ հարցը»,- ասաց նա:
Մենք փորձեցինք նաև արտգործնախարարությունից մեկնաբանություն ստանալ այս հարցի շուրջ, բայց մեզ պարզապես չպատասխանեցին: Նշենք, որ դիվանագիտության մեջ ագրեմանն ուղարկելը գաղտնի գործընթաց է, և այդ մասին հրապարակավ չեն հայտնում: Եվ դա հրապարակայնացնում են միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ տվյալ երկիրն ընդունում է առաջարկված թեկնածությունը: Լինում են դեպքեր, իհարկե, հազվադեպ, որ առաջարկված թեկնածությունն ինչ-ինչ պատճառով մերժվում է և նոր թեկնածություն է առաջարկվում: Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ, ագրեմանի հաստատումը հատկապես Եվրամիության անդամ երկրներում տևում է մինչև երեք ամիս:
Ինչ վերաբերում է, Ա. Բաբլոյանին, ապա կարծիք կա, որ նա չի ընդունում դեսպան նշանակվելու առաջարկը, ավելի շատ ուզում է առողջապահության նախարար նշանակվել: Մինչև խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները հրապարակումներ էին լինում, թե առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանից իշխանության մեջ դժգոհություն կա և մայիսի վերջին ձևավորվող կառավարությունում նա կարող է չլինել: Բա վերջերս վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը առողջապահության ոլորտի պաշտոնյաների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ գոհունակություն էր արտահայտել նրանց աշխատանքից, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նա հակված է նրան պահել այդ պաշտոնում:
Իսկ եթե Ա. Բաբլոյանը իսկապես Շվեյցարիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան նշանակվի, ապա կհասցնի որոշ ժամանակ պատգամավոր լինել ու անգամ Ազգային ժողովի առաջին նիստը վարել: Եթե, իհարկե, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից Նապոլեոն Ազիզյանը մանդատ չստանա: ԱԺ առաջին նիստը վարում է տարիքով ամենամեծ պատգամավորը: Արա Բաբլոյանը ծնվել է 1947թ., Նապոլեոն Ազիզյանը՝ 1946թ.:
