Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է խախտել հավասարակշռությունը՝ զինելով Բաքվին. «168 ժամ»

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Եթե հայկական կողմին տրամադրվում է այնպիսի սպառազինություն, այնպիսի զինատեսակներ, որոնք համարժեք են Ադրբեջանին տրամադրվող զինտեխնիկային, ինչո՞ւ հայկական կողմը ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում զիջեց հակառակորդին։ Պնդումները, թե Ադրբեջանն առավել էր միայն Իսրայելից ձեռք բերված զինտեխնիկայի հարցում, եւս չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը, քանի որ Ադրբեջանին տրամադրվում են այլ մասշտաբի եւ այլ որակի զինատեսակներ, իսկ Հայաստանին՝ այլ։
Հիշեցնեմ, թե ինչ ասաց ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը պատերազմական օրերին Բեռլինում։ Նա նշեց, որ հայկական կողմը պաշտպանվել է 1980-ական թթ. զինտեխնիկայով, ինչը, ըստ էության, նշանակում է, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին մատչելի գներով տրամադրում է հին, մաշված զինտեխնիկա, իսկ համաշխարհային գներով Ադրբեջանին է տրամադրում նորագույն ռազմամթերք, ինչն Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանունակության գլխավոր գործոնն է ներկայումս»,- «168 ժամի» թղթակցի հետ զրույցում այս մասին է ասել լոնդոնցի վերլուծաբան Թրեյսի Ջերմանը՝ անդրադառնալով ռուս փորձագետների պնդումներին, թե Հայաստանին եւ Ադրբեջանին զինտեխնիկա մատակարարելով՝ Ռուսաստանը պահպանում է կողմերի միջեւ ռազմական հավասարակշռությունը։
Ըստ եվրոպացի ռազմական փորձագետի՝ եթե ռուսական կողմը հավասարակշռման քաղաքականություն է վարում, ինչո՞ւ ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո փորձեց վերականգնել այն բացը, որի մասին խոսում էին փորձագետները՝ տրամադրելով «Իսկանդեր» համակարգեր, եւ որոշակի նոր նախաձեռնություններ հանդես բերելով։ «Հակամարտող երկրները մշտապես կանգնած են ռազմական գործողությունների վտանգի առջեւ, եւ այդ հավասարակշռման քաղաքականությունը վստահաբար տեսանելի կլիներ ապրիլյան պատերազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում»,- ասել է Ջերմանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 26-ին՝ Մոսկվայում ՀՀ եւ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումից ընդամենը երկու օր առաջ, Ադրբեջան հասավ ռուսական զենքի եւ նորագույն ռազմական տեխնիկայի նոր խմբաքանակը, որը Ռուսաստանը մատակարարել է Ադրբեջանին երկու երկրների միջեւ 2003 թվականին կնքված ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի շրջանակում։
Թե հատկապես ինչ տեխնիկայի մասին է խոսքը՝ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական գերատեսչությունը չի մանրամասնել։ Սակայն հայտնի է դարձել, որ խոսքը ԲՏՌ-82Ա զրահափոխադրիչների մասին է։ Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ հաղորդագրության՝ զենքի եւ ռազմական տեխնիկայի հետ միասին, Ադրբեջան են ժամանել նաեւ ռուսաստանցի մասնագետներ, որոնք պետք է սովորեցնեն ադրբեջանցի գործընկերներին՝ ինչպես օգտագործել այդ զենքն ու տեխնիկան»:
