Դաժան սպանություն Արարատի մարզում. 36-ամյա պայմանագրային զինծառայողը սպանել է 69-ամյա տղամարդուն

Քիչ առաջ ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի, համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի աշխատակիցները ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սևան Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչները՝ քննչական վարչության պետ, արդարադատության փոխգնդապետ Գևորգ Սիմոնյանի գլխավորությամբ Մասիսի ոստիկանությունից Արարատի մարզի Նորամարգ գյուղ ոստիկանների ուղեկցությամբ տեղափոխեցին Նորամարգ գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 36-ամյա Վադիմ Օհանյանին։
Ինչպես Նորամարգ գյուղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Վ. Օհանյանը կասկածվում է Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 69-ամյա Հարություն Ազատյանին առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանելու և դին Զանգու գետը նետելու մեջ։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ապրիլի 21-ին սպանվածի կինը՝ 56-ամյա Սրբուհի Սարգսյանը, ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին հայտարարություն է տվել, որ ժամը 14։00-ի սահմաններում իր ամուսինը՝ Հ. Ազատյանը, ով տաքսի էր վարում, իրեն պատկանող Opel Astra G մակնիշի 34 ՏF 386 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով դուրս է եկել տանից և չի վերադարձել։
Նույն օրը մարզի ոստիկանապետ Ս. Քոչարյանի կողմից ստեղծվում են օպերատիվ մի քանի խմբեր՝ մարզի ոստիկանապետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Արտակ Ղազարյանի, Մասիսի ոստիկանապետ Վարդան Վարդանյանի, Մասիսի ոստիկանապետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Արթուր Զաքարյանի գլխավորությամբ, իսկ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետի կողմից ստեղծվում է քննչական խումբ, որտեղ ներգրավվում են մի քանի քննիչներ՝ ավագ քննիչ Սերգեյ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
