Հայաստանի խոշոր հարկ վճարողների հասույթն աճել է 18,4 տոկոսով

2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի ամփոփ ցուցանիշների վերլուծության հիման վրա`խոշոր հարկ վճարողների հասույթը կազմել է 1 տրլն 217,3 մլրդ դրամ` նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճելով 18,4 տոկոսով: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով  ՀՀ հարկային ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալները, ներմուծման ծավալն երը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել են 13,9 տոկոսով և կազմել 279,8 մլրդ դրամ, իսկ արտահանման ծավալներն աճել են 1,4 տոկոսով` կազմելով 177,2 մլրդ դրամ:

Վճարված մաքսային վճարների ցուցանիշի առումով 2017թ. առաջին եռամսյակում խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարվել է շուրջ 38,7 մլրդ դրամ, որից ԱԱՀ-ն կազմել է 28,3 մլրդ դրամը:  Պետբյուջե վճարված հարկերի կամ այլ պարտադիր վճարների ցուցանիշների առումով 2017թ. առաջին եռամսյակում խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարվել է շուրջ 125,2 մլրդ դրամ: Ընդ որում, նշված կազմակերպությունների կողմից 2017թ. առաջին եռամսյակում վճարվել է հանրապետությունում  հավաքագրված հարկային եկամուտների 63,9 տոկոսը:

Հարկային մարմնի կողմից կատարվել են 198 հարկային ստուգումներ, այդ թվում բյուջեի հետ փոխհարաբերությունների և հարկային մարմնի կողմից վերահսկվող օրենսդրության առանձին պահանջների կատարման ճշտության 52 ստուգումներ, որոնց արդյունքում առաջադրվել է բյուջե լրացուցիչ վճարման գումարներ 2,2 մլրդ դրամի չափով:

Ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ խոշոր հարկ վճարողներն ունեցել են 159,5 մլրդ դրամ գերավճար, այդ թվում` ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գծով` 105,4 մլրդ դրամ, իսկ հարկային պարտավորություն` 14,7 մլրդ դրամ: Նշված ժամանակահատվածում պետական բյուջեից հարկ վճարողների գերավճարների գումարներից ավելացված արժեքի հարկի վերադարձի ձևակերպում է  կատարվել 13,4 մլրդ դրամի չափով, իսկ գերավճարների գումարներից այլ հարկատեսակների գծով հաշվանցվել է 2,4 մլրդ դրամի չափով:

Աշխատողների միջին ցուցակային թիվը դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է 1,3 տոկոսով, իսկ մեկ աշխատողի միջին ամսական ԱՎՈՒՄ-ն աճել է 3,4 տոկոսով և կազմել 209 հազար դրամ:

ԱՎՈՒՄ-ի մեջ ներառվում են աշխատած ժամանակահատվածի համար վարձատրությունը, չաշխատած ժամանակահատվածիհամար վարձատրությունը, միանվագ տրվող խրախուսական և այլ վճարները, սննդի, բնակարանի, վառելիքի համար տրվող և այլհարակից վճարները:
