Ինդոնեզիայում մուսուլման կին հոգեւորականների կոնգրեսը ֆետվա Է հրատարակել 18-ից ցածր տարիքի աղջիկների ամուսնության դեմ: Կոնգրեսի մասնակից կանայք հորդորել են տեղի կառավարությանը՝ կանանց համար ամուսնանալու նվազագույն տարիքը ներկայիս 16 տարեկանից ավելացնել մինչեւ 18, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:
Նրանք համոզված են, որ վաղ ամուսնությունն ինդոնեզացի աղջիկներին խանգարում Է շարունակլու ուսումը, իսկ ամուսնական միությունների կեսն ավարտվում Է ամուսնալուծությամբ:
Ֆետվան իրավական դիրքորոշում Է որեւԷ հարցի վերաբերյալ, որը ձեւակերպում են մուսուլմանական հոգեւորականության ներկայացուցիչները: Այն իրավական ուժ չունի, սակայն ազդեցություն ունի հավատացյալների շրջանում:
Ինդոնեզիան աշխարհի խոշորագույն երկիրն Է իսլամ դավանող բնակչության թվաքանակով: 2010 թվականի մարդահամարի ընթացքում երկրի 10 բնակչից ինն իրեն համարել Է մուսուլման: Կղզի-պետությունը նաեւ աշխարհի առաջատարն Է անչափահաս հարսնացուների թվով: ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկակա ն հիմնադամը (ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ) պարզել Է, որ յուրաքանչյուր չորրորդ ինդոնեզուհին ամուսնացել Է մինչեւ 18 տարեկան դառնալը:
