Փաստաբան Բաբայանն իր մեղավորությունը չի տեսնում Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի գրասենյակում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքում

 ՀՀ փաստաբանական դպրոցի  տնօրեն Սիմոն Բաբայանը Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի գրասենյակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությունում իր  մեղքը չի տեսնում: Ապրիլի 28-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Սիմոն Բաբայանը նշեց, որ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը, Արմեն Սողոմոնյանը,Երվանդ Վարոսյանը և մի շարք այլ փաստաբաններ երկարատև ժամանակ իրենց սոցիալական էջերում բազմաթիվ անգամ հրապարակավ վիրավորել են իրեն և փաստաբանական պալատի աշխատակիցներին:

«Այդ վիրավորանքների պատճառը իմանալու համար ցանկացա հանդիպել Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի հետ և պարզաբանում պահանջել նրանից: Արսեն Հարությունյանի հետ գնացինք Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի գրասենյակ, որտեղ վերջինս շարունակեց նույն կերպ վիրավորել անձս և ընտանիքս, այնուհետև սկսեց հարվածներ հասցնել, որից հետո տեղի ունեցավ քաշքշուկ: Վիճաբանության հետևանքով ես և Արսեն Հարությունյանը ստացանք մարմնական վնասվածքներ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Սիմոն Բաբայանը:

Փաստաբանը ցավում է կատարվածի առթիվ և դատապարտում է ցանկացած ապօրինի գործողություն:

«Հուսով եմ, իրավապահ մարմինները պատշաճ քննություն կիրականացնեն, և մեղավորները իրենց պատիժը կկրեն: Բացի այդ, պատրաստվում ենք միջնորդություն ներկայացնել ոստիկանության ծառայություն, որպեսզի նախապատրաստվող նյութերը տեղափոխվեն քննչական մարմին»,- նշեց ՀՀ փաստաբանական դպրոցի տնօրենը:

 Բաբայանն ընդգծեց, որ որևէ հարված Արմեն Սողոմոնյանին չի հասցվել, ինչպես նաև  վիճաբանելու որևէ նպատակ չի ունեցել:

Այն հարցին, թե Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը առնչություն ունի՞, արդյոք, այս միջադեպին, Բաբայանը պատասխանեց.

«Արա Զոհրաբյանի առնչությունը բացակայում է: Նա անգամ տեղյակ չի եղել, որ ես պետք է հանդիպեմ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի հետ: Արա Զոհրաբյանը բազմաթիվ անգամ նշել է, որ փաստաբաններին հարիր չէ նման գործելաոճը, բայց, ավաղ, այդ գործելաոճն առ այսօր շարունակվում է»,- եզրափակեց Բաբայանը:
