Հատուկ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարություն է տարածել առ այն, որ ձերբակալվել է Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի դելեգացիայի կոորդինատոր, համակարգող Մարինե Պապյանը, ով մեղադրվում է առավել մեծ չափսերի հասնող գումարների շորթման մեջ։ Պապյանը ձերբակալված է։ Սա շատ հետաքրքական նրբերանգներ է պարունակում իր մեջ, քանի որ տարիներ շարունակ Եվրամիությունը խոսում է Հայաստանում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը վերացնելու վերաբերյալ հազար ու մի ծրագերի մշակման անհրաժեշտության, իրականացման համար, սակայն պազվում է, որ հենց իր կազմակերպության ներսում Հայաստանի մասով ծրագրի կոորդինատորը առանձնակի խոշոր չափերի գումարի հափշտակման մեջ է մեղադրվում։ Ի դեպ՝ արձանագրենք, որ այս կազմակերպության մի քանի անդամներ դեռ գտնվում են հետախուզման մեջ, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ, ցավոք, մեղադրանքներն առավել քան հիմնավոր պատճառներ ունեն։ Ցավալի իրականություն է, իհարկե, որովհետև մի քանի օր առաջ Եվրամիության հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանին տրվող դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի շրջանակներում անցյալ տարվա 174 միլիոն դոլարի փոխարեն այս տարի Հայաստանին հատկացվող գումարները 77 տկոսով կրճատվելու են։ Այսինքն՝ ստացվում է տարեկան մոտավորապես չորս միլիոն դոլար, ինչն անհամեմատ քիչ է։ Սա, իհարկե, մի կողմից նշանակում է, որ այն գումարները, որոնք տրվել են Հայաստանին, իրենց նպատակին չեն ծառայել, ու սա չի կարող չհուսահատեցնել Եվրոպային։ Տեսնենք, թե ինչպես կզարգանան իրադարձությունները:
