ՍԴ-ն մերժեց Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի դիմումը. ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ԿԸՀ արձանագրությունն ուժի մեջ է

ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանը մերժեց Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի՝ ապրիլի 2-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկող դիմումը և որոշեց ուժի մեջ թողնել ԿԸՀ-ի ապրիլի 9-ի՝ ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքների արձանագրությունը: Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումն ընթերցեց ՍԴ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:
ՍԴ-ն դիմումի քննությունն սկսել էր ապրիլի 25-ին, իսկ խորհրդակցական սենյակ էր գնացել որոշումը կայացնելու համար՝ ապրիլի 28-ին:
ՍԴ-ն արձանագրել է, որ դաշինքն ունեցել է 1582 տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամ՝ ընդգրկելով տեղամասերի 94 տոկոսը: Տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների անդամները ստորագրել են բոլոր արձանագրությունները ՝ վավերացնելով տեղամասերում ընտրությունների արդյունքները՝ առանց վերապահության կամ հատուկ կարծիքի: Այս իրողությունն աննախադեպ է Հայաստանում համապետական ընտրությունների անցկացման պրակտիկայում: Այս իմաստով Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելը դառնում է ինքնանպատակ ու քաղաքական շահարկումների տեղիք է տալիս:
Այսպիսով՝ նորընտիր Ազգային ժողովի առաջին նիստը կգումարվի Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումից հետո երրորդ հինգշաբթի օրը: Այսինքն, քանի որ որոշումը հրապարակվեց ապրիլի 28-ին, ապա նոր ԱԺ-ի առաջին նիստը կկայանա մայիսի 18-ին: Երկրի օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ նորընտիր Ազգային ժողովի առաջին նիստի օրը ՀՀ կառավարությունը հրաժարական կտա:
Հայաստանում Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունները կայացել են 2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ին: Ընտրությունների արդյունքներով խորհրդարան են անցել 4 քաղաքական ուժ` ՀՀԿ-ն, ՀՅԴ, «Ելք» դաշինքը և «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը կողմ է քվեարկել 770 հազար 441, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին` 428 հազար 836, «Ելք» դաշինքին` 122 հազար 65, Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն կուսակցությանը 103 հազար 48 ընտրող: ՀՀԿ-ն քվեարկության արդյունքներով նորընտիր խորհրդարանում կունենա 58, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը՝ 31, «Ելք» դաշինքը 9, ՀՅԴ-ն՝ 7 մադատ:
