ԱՄՆ-ը պատրաստ Է ուղղակի բանակցություններ վարել ԿԺԴՀ-ի հետ. Թիլերսոն

Վաշինգտոնը պատրաստ Է ուղղակի բանակցություններ վարել Փենյանի հետ՝ նպատակ ունենալով կարգավորել Կորեական թերակղզու ներկայիս ճգնաժամը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ռեքս Թիլերսոնը՝ ամերիկյան National Public Radio-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
«Անտարակույս, դա կլինի այն ճանապարհը, որով մենք կցանկանայիք լուծել այդ ամենը»,-նշել Է ԱՄՆ-ի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը՝ պատասխանելով ուղղակի երկկողմ բանակցություններ սկսելու հնարավորության վերաբերյալ հարցին: 
«Սակայն Հյուսիսային Կորեան պետք Է որոշի, որ ինքը պատրաստ Է մեզ հետ խոսել ճիշտ օրակարգի շուրջ: Իսկ ճիշտ օրակարգը ոչ թե պարզապես եւս մի քանի ամսով կամ եւս մի քանի տարով այն կետում կանգ առնելն Է, որտեղ նրանք գտնվում են (միջուկային եւ հրթիռային մշակումների առումով), իսկ այնուհետեւ ամեն ինչ վերսկսելը: Դա վերջին քսան տարվա օրակարգն Էր»,-ասել Է Թիլերսոնը: 
«Եթե լսենք Հյուսիսային Կորեային, ապա միջուկային զենքի տիրելու պատճառն այն Է, որ նա դա համարում Է իր ռեժիմի գոյատեւումը շարունակելու միակ ճանապարհը,-նշել Է ամերիկյան դիվանագիտության ղեկավարը:-Մենք հույս ունենք նրանց համոզել, որ իրենց նման զենք հարկավոր չԷ իրենց ռեժիմի գոյությունն ապահովելու համար»: 
«Մենք չենք ձգտում հասնել ռեժիմի կոլապսին: Մենք չենք ձգտում արագացնել թերակղզու միավորումը: Մենք ձգտում ենք հասնել միջուկազերծ Կորեական թերակղզու»,-հավաստիացրել Է Թիլերսոնը:
Նրա տեսանկյունից այդ նպատակն Է իր առջեւ դրել նաեւ Չինաստանը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
