Աբդուլլահ Գյուլը հորդորում է սառնասրտորեն մոտենալ Թուրքիայի վերաբերյալ ԵԽԽՎ որոշմանը

Թուրքիայի նախկին նախագահ Աբդուլլահ Գյուլը կոչ է արել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի կողմից Թուրքիային մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակ տալու հարցին սառնասրտորեն մոտենալ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է «Ջումհուրիեթ»-ը:
«Անկեղծորեն հավատում եմ նրան, որ որպեսզի կարողանանք հասնել մեր երազած Թուրքիայի ապագային, ժողովրդի երջանկության և տնտեսական աճին, անհրաժեշտ է կարողանալ թոթափել հուլիսի 15-ին ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձի հետևանքով ստեղծված հոգեբանական տրավման և մտնել մի նոր բարեփոխումների գործընթաց, որը մեր երկրի ժողովրդավարական, իրավական ու մարդու իրավունքների չափանիշները կմոտեցնի համամարդկային չափանիշներին»,- ասել է նախկին նախագահը:
Որպես նախկինում նման իրավիճակ տեսած քաղաքական ու պետական գործիչ` Գյուլը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ անկախ ամեն ինչից ԵԽԽՎ որոշմանը պետք է սառնասրտորեն մոտենալ:
Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովն ապրիլի 25-ին քվեարկության արդյունքում որոշում է կայացրել Թուրքիայի վերադարձնել մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակը: Առաջարկին կողմ են քվեարկել ԵԽԽՎ տարբեր երկրների 113 պատվիրակ, դեմ` 45-ը, ձեռնպահ` 12-ը: Թուրքիան կառույցի կողմից մոնիթորինգի տակից հանվել էր 2004 թվականին:
ԵԽԽՎ որոշման մեջ նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ համագործակցությունը շարունակելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ այդ երկիրը կատարի ներկայացված առաջարկները: ԵԽԽՎ Թուրքիայի հարցով զեկուցողներ Մարիան Միկկոյի (Էստոնիա) և Ինգեբյորգ Գոդսքեսենի (Նորվեգիա) պատրաստած զեկույցում խստորեն քննադատվում է 2016 թվականի հուլիսին ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո հայտարարված և երեք անգամ երկարա ձգված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում կայացվող որոշումները` նշելով, որ դրանք վնասում են Թուրքիայում ժողովրդավարական կառույցների գործունեությունը:
Պաշտոնական Անկարան շատ խիստ է արձագանքել ԵԽԽՎ որոշմանը` ասելով, որ իրենք պատրաստվում են վերանայել հարաբերությունները կառույցի հետ:
