Ֆրանսիացի լրագրողները վտահ են Ալիեւների դեմ դատը շահելու մեջ

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը Ֆրանսիայի France2 հեռուստաալիքի եւ նրա աշխատակից լրագրողներ Էլիզաբեթ Լուսետի ու Լորան Ռիչարդի դեմ դատական գործ է հարուցել այն բանի համար, որ հեռուստաալիքի Gash Investigation ծրագրի սեպտեմբերի սկզբին հրապարակված հաղորդման մեջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւն անվանվել է բռնակալ, դիկտատոր, իսկ Ադրբեջանը` բռնապետություն:
Le Figaro թերթը հայտնել է, որ դատական հայցը ներկայացվել է ֆրանսիական Nanter դատարան` Ալիեւների կողմից վարձված ֆրանսիացի փաստաբան Իրվյե Պարդոյի կողմից: Փաստաբանը հայտնել է, որ Ալիեւները դատարանից պահանջում են պատժել հեռուստաալիքին, քանի որ ծրագիրը պատրաստելիս լրագրողները «կողմնակալություն են ցուցաբերել» եւ «անբարյացակամություն ու հետին նպատակ» դրսեւորել:
Դատական հայցի հետ կապված` լրագրողներ Էլիզաբեթ Լուսետն ու Լորան Ռիչարդը թերթի հետ զրույցում համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ դատն իրենք են շահելու, քանի որ իրենց հաջողվելու է քաղաքացիական կազմակերպությունների աջակցությամբ ժխտել Ադրբեջանի իշխանության այդ պնդումները:
Թերթը հիշեցրել է, որ հեռուստաալիքի աշխատակից Էլիզաբեթ Լուսետը Փարիզում Ադրբեջանի բացած ցուցահանդեսում հարցեր է ուղղել Ադրբեջանի առաջին տիկին Մեհրիբան Ալիեւային այն մասին, որ «հանդուրժողականության վայր» ներկայացվող Ադրբեջանում մեծ թվով քաղաքական բանտարկյալներ կան, սակայն, թիկնապահները հեռացրել են նրան Ալիեւայի մոտից, իսկ վերջինս էլ խուսափել է պատասխանել իր հարցին:
Հաղորդման ժամանակ հարցազրուցներ են հեռարձակվել Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների ակտիվիստների եւ վարչակարգին ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչների հետ:
«Ադրբեջանում մենք մեր գործն էինք կատարում եւ այդ պատճառով Ադրբեջանի իշխանությանը չի հաջողվի շահել այս դատական գործը: Դատարանում մեզ կպատշտպանեն «Լրագրողներ առանց սահմանների», Amnesty International կազմակերպությունները եւս», -ասել են նրանք:
Le Figaro-ն հիշեցրել է, որ Ֆրանսիայում նման դատական պնդում Rue 89 կայքի դեմ ներկայացվել էր 2011 թվականին Ուզբեկստանի նախագահի դուստր Լոլա Քարիմովային «բռնապետի դուստր» եւ «կեղտոտ փողեր լվացող» անվանելու համար: Այն ժամանակ Փարիզի գերագույն դատարանի 17-րդ պալատը մերժել էր հայցը:
