Հայաստանը հյուրընկալել է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների հարկային հարցերով զբաղվող մասնագետներին

Հայաստանում անցկացվեց ԵԱՏՄ հարկային քաղաքականության և վարչարարության խորհրդատվական կոմիտեի հերթական 11-րդ նիստը:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խնդրանքով ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հյուրընկալեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների` Ռուսաստանի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի և Բելառուսի (տեսակապով) հարկային հարցերով զբաղվող մասնագետներին և գործընկե րներին:
Նիստին բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը, ով որպես ՀՀ-ում հարկային քաղաքականության մշակման և իրականացման համար պատասխանատու գերատեսչության ղեկավար` առանձնապես կարևորեց նման մասնագիտական մակարդակով հանդիպումների պարբերաբար կազմակերպումը, քանի որ նման հարթակների և հանդիպումների միջոցով է, որ հնարավոր է լինում կարգավորել ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում առկա կարգավորումը պահանջող խնդիրները:
«Բնական է, որ որպես նորաստեղծ միջազգային տնտեսական կազմակերպություն ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում պետք է ծագեն կարգավորման ենթակա բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, և հենց նման տիպի հարթակներն ու հանդիպումներն են, որ հնարավորություն են տալիս հնարավորինս արագ արձագանքել, քննարկել և կարգավորել առկա խնդիրները»,- ասաց Արամյանը:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ֆինանսական քաղաքականության դեպարտամենտի (վարչության) տնօրեն Դավթյան Տիգրանի տեղեկացմամբ նման նիստերն անցկացվում են տարեկան ոչ պակաս, քան 2 երկու անգամ, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ տարբեր երկրներում: Նրա խոսքով` նիստին քննարկվել են մի շարք կարևոր հարցեր:
«Ներկա էին բոլոր անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները, բացի Բելառուսից, որը տեսակապի միջոցով էր մասնակցում: Բավականին խիտ և հետաքրքիր օրակարգ էր: Արդյունավետ անցան բոլոր քննարկումները: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գործունեության տարիների ընթացքում հասել ենք նրան, որ այսպիսի հանդիպումների միջոցով կարողանում ենք շտկել անդամ երկրների միջև տարաձայնությունները, որոնք պայմանավորված են յուրաքանչյուր երկրի հարկային յուրահատկություններով:
Այդ պատճառով հարկավոր է ներդաշնակեցնել երկրների օրենսդրությունները: Մեր խնդիրը կայանում է նրանո ւմ, որ հնարավորինս մոտեցնենք ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների հարկային օրենսդրությունները, որպեսզի տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների համար ապրանքների և ծառայությունների շարժը լինի առավելագույնս հեշտացված»,- ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ իրենց նպատակն է խոչընդոտների վերացումը:
