Առաջին հայացքից այս տանը նայելիս ոչ մի արտասովոր բան չես տեսնում։ Սովորական 2-հարկանի տուն է։ Բայց եթե նայենք հետևի կողմից, կտեսնենք, որ այն պատեր չունի։
Այս անսովոր տունը նախագծվել է 2006 թվականին Քլինթոն քաղաքում (ԱՄՆ, Մերիլենդ նահանգ) Formworks Buildings Inc. ընկերության կողմից, որը մասնագիտացված է էկոլոգիապես մաքուր տներ կառուցելով՝ ամբողջովին կամ մասամբ գետնի տակ մտած։ Այս էներգոէֆեկտիվ տունը կարող է դիմանալ ցանկացած եղանակի։ Վերևից հողի մետրանոց շերտով է ծածկված, իսկ կողքերից հաստությունը 7.5 մետր է, ինչը ապահովում է հրաշալի մեկուսացում։
