Ադրբեջանա-իրանական սահմանին կրկին թմրանյութ տեղափոխող ադրբեջանցիներ են ձերբակալվել

Ադրբեջանա-իրանական սահմանի Բիլասուվար սահմանային մաքսակետում ձերբակալվել են Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր փորձել են Իրանից ավելի քան 18 կգ թմրանյութ տեղափոխել Ադրբեջան: Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական meydan.tv-ն:

Թմրանյութերի տեղափոխման դեպքի հետ կապված ձերբակալվել է 2 Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի: Ադրբեջանա-իրանական Աստարա սահմանային անցակետում ապրիլի 15-ին ձերբակալվել էր Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի, ով փորձել էր Իրանից Ադրբեջան տեղափոխել 2 կգ հերոին: Ադրբեջանի առողջապահության նախարարության նարկոլոգիական հանրապետական կենտրոնը հայտարարել է, որ ներկայումս այդ երկրում պաշտոնապես գրանցված թմրամոլների թիվը հասել է 29 448-ի:

Ադրբեջանի թմրանյութերի չարաշահման և ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի պետական հանձնաժողովի փոխանցմամբ` պաշտոնապես գրանցված թմրամոլներից 5-ը անչափահասներ են, 612-ը` կանայք: 2017թ-ի առաջին երեք ամիսներին Հանրապետական նարկոլոգիական կենտրոնում ստացիոնար բուժում է ստացել 833 մարդ, որոնցից 308-ը բուժում է ստացել ալկոհոլային կախվածությունից, 519-ը` թմրանյութերից կախվածությունից: Ադրբեջանում աճում է նաև երիտասարդական թմրամոլության մակարդակը` 2016թ-ի դրությամբ գրանցված 29 հազար 448 թմրամոլների 60-70 տոկոսը կազմում են երիտասարդները:

ՄԱԿ-ի զեկույցի համաձայն` Աֆղանստանից Եվրոպա թմրանյութերի փոխադրման «Հյուսիսային Բալկանյան ուղին» անցնում է հենց Ադրբեջանով: Թմրանյութերն Իրան-Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա ուղով փոխադրվում են առանց խոչընդոտների: Երկրորդ' «Հին Բալկանյան ուղին» Իրանից ուղիղ Թուրքիա գիծն է: Այստեղ թմրանյութերի մաքսանենգությամբ զբաղվող անձինք հիմնականում օգտվում են Իրանի հյուսիսում բնակվող ադրբեջանական եւ քրդական բնակչությունից: Ադրբեջանով եւ Կովկասով երրորդ ուղին սկսվում է թուրքմենական ծովային Թուրքմենբաշի նավահանգստից: Այստեղից թմրանյութերը հեշտությամբ փոխադրվում են Ռուսաստան:

2010 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Ռուստամ Ուսուբովը հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի տարածքով փոխադրվում է Աֆղանստանում արտադրված թմրանյութերի 35 տոկոսը: Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Էն Դերսիի հեռագրում, որը հրապարակվել էր WikiLeaks կայքում, ասվում է, որ թմրամոլությունը Ռուսաստանում զգալի աստիճանով վերահսկվում է էթնիկ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից:
