ԼՐԱԳՐԻ զրուցակիցն է Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը․
Պարոն Բաբայան, վաղը Մոսկվայում տեղի կունենա Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը, որտեղ քննարկվելու են Ղարաբաղյան կարգավորմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Բանակցությունների բացակայության այս փուլում որևէ ակնկալիք կա՞ այս հանդիպումից։
Ակնկալիք, իհարկե, կա։ Ընդհանրապես նման հանդիպումները կարևոր են։ Իհարկե, այդ հանդիպումները չեն կարող համապարփակ լուծում տալ հակամարտությանը, և մենք չպետք է այդ հանդիպումները դիտարկենք համապարփակ լուծում կայացնելու տեսանկյունից, բայց դրանք շատ կարևոր են, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանում կայունությունն ու խաղաղությունը պահպանվեն։ Իսկ այն, որ Ադրբեջանը ամեն անգամ դիմում է սադրիչ գործողությունների, սա էլ է փաստ։ Հետևաբար, նման հանդիպումների ժամանակ նախևառաջ կողմերի միջև պահպանվում է շփումը, տարբեր հարցեր են քննարկվում, բացի այդ, միջնորդ երկրներն իրենց կարծիքն են հայտնում՝ ևս մեկ անգամ կարևորել խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացի շարունակությունը։ Դրա համար կարևորում ենք այսպիսի հանդիպումները։
