Տևական ժամանակ է հայաստանյան շուկա է մուտք գործում թուրքական և ադրբեջանական կենցաղաղային և սննդային ապրանքներ, սակայն վերջին օրերին մեծ աղմուկ հանած ադրբեջանական խնձորի ներկրման ու դրա իրացման հետ կապված աղմուկը մի քանի խնդիր են առաջացրել, որի մասով հիմնական տուժողները փոքր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներն են: Օրեր շարունակ շուկայում հայտնված ադրբեջանական խնձորների ներկրման աղբյուրը չգիտես ինչու անհայտ են մնում, իսկ շուկայում մաքսային մարմինների անգործության արդյունքում հայտնված խնձորները հայտնվել են ՍԱՊԾ ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Ըստ տարածվող լուրերի ՍԱՊԾ-ն ադրբեջանական խնձորները ոչնչացնում է վերավաճառող փոքր բիզնեսի իրացման կետերում, որտեղ հիմնական տուժողները չնչին գումար վաստակող վերավաճառողներն են: Հիմա ՍԱՊԾ-ն պետք է պատասխան տա, թե որն է եղել ոչնչացման հիմքը ու արդյոք անվտանգության տեսանկյունից վտանգ ներկայացրել է մթերթը, թե ոչ, իսկ եթե եղել է ինչու չէ իրազեկել դրա մասին հանրությանը, բայց եթե չի եղել անվտանգության խնդիր, ապա ինչ հիմքով է ոչնչացնում վերավաճառող իրացման կետերի ապրանքը: Այսպիսով բոլորս ականատես ենք լինում փոքր բիզնեսի հանդեպ անարդարության, որտեղ իրավական հիմքերը գրեթե բացակայում են:
