Ապրիլի 27-ի վաղ առավոտյան ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունում մեկնարկել է «Երկրաշարժի դեպքում որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպում և իրականացում» թեմայով դաշտային վարժանք: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Այն իրականացվում է ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային որոնողափրկարարական խորհրդատվական խմբի (INSARAG) պահանջներին համապատասխան և նպատակ ունի բարձրացնել ՀՀ ԱԻՆ միջազգային առաքելությունների համար նախատեսված քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմերի (ՔՈՓ) պատրաստվածության մակարդակը:
Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնը հայտարարել է ԱԻՆ անձնակազմի ուսումնական հավաք, և վաղ առավոտյան ԱԻ նախարարի մոտ կայացել է խորհրդակցություն, որին ներկա են եղել ՓԾ ղեկավար կազմը և սյլ առնչվող ստորաբաժանումների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Ըստ ուսումնավարժության սցենարի` հարևան երկրներից մեկում գրանցվել է 7.2 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժ, որի «ուժգնությունն» էպիկենտրոնային գոտում կազմել է 9-10 բալ: Նախնական տվյալներով` կան բազմաթիվ «զոհեր ու վիրավորներ»: Երկրաշարժից «տուժած» երկրի կառավարությունը մարդասիրական օգնության հայտով դիմել է միջազգային հանրությանը: ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարը որոշում է կայացրել արձագանքել տեղի ունեցած «աղետին» և հանձնարարել է կազմակերպել ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փրկարարական ջոկատների մեկնումը «տուժած» երկիր:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ԱԻ նախարար Դ.Տոնոյանին զեկուցեցին ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին: Նախարարը տվեց մի շարք հանձնարարականներ. 6-ժամվա ընթացքում միջազգային առաքելության թիմերը բերել պատրաստության` մեկնելու «տուժած» երկիր, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ և միջազգային կառույցների միջոցով պարբերաբար ճշտել «աղետի» գոտու, ինչպես նաև տվյալ երկրում քաղաքական իրավիճակը, ապահովել փոխգործակցություն արձագանքման գործընթացում ներգրավված այլ գերատեսչությունների հետ, իրականացնել «աղետի» գոտու և տարածաշրջանի սեյսմիկ վիճակի մշտադիտարկում:&n bsp;
ԱԻ նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը հանձնարարել է նաև պարբերաբար զեկուցել վարժանքի ընթացքի և կատարած աշխատանքների մասին: Հանրային իրազեկման անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով` վարժանքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն պարբերաբար տրամադրվելու է նաև զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներին:
