Սպիտակ տունը ներկայացրեց հարկային բարեփոխման նախագիծը

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմն ապրիլի 26-ին ներկայացրել Է հարկային բարեփոխման նախագիծը, որը Միացյալ Նահանգների ղեկավարի գլխավոր նախընտրական խոստումներից մեկն Էր:
Ինչպես նշում Է The Hill-ը, բիզնեսի եկամտահարկն առաջարկվում Է կրճատել ավելի քան կրկնակի՝ 35-ից մինչեւ 15 տոկոս, դա կվերաբերի ինչպես խոշոր կորպորացիաներին, այնպես Էլ փոքր եւ միջին գործարարությանը: Նաեւ կսահմանվի արտասահմանից ընկերությունների եկամուտների վերադարձման նվազեցված դրույքաչափ, ինչը, նախագահի կարծիքով՝ կխթանի այդ փողերի հայրենադարձմանը: Հետագայում իշխանությունները խոստանում են վերացնել միջազգային շահույթահարկը, որն այժմ կազմում Է 35 տոկոս: ԱՄՆ-ի ֆինանսների նախարար Սթիվեն Մնուչինը համոզված Է, որ դա կօգնի երկիր վերադարձնել «տր իլիոնավոր դոլարներ»:
Նախագիծը նաեւ ենթադրում Է անհատական հարկման պարզեցում. յոթաստիճան սանդղակի փոխարեն, որն այժմ գործում Է, առաջարկվում Է ստեղծել երեք դրույքաչափ՝ 10, 25 եւ 33 տոկոս: Նաեւ ենթադրվում Է կրկնակի ավելացնել հարկային հանուրդն ընտանեկան զույգերի համար. հարկումից կազատեն առաջին 24 հազար դոլարը համատեղ տարեկան եկամտից:
