Հետևելով գեղեցիկ և սեքսուալ աղջիկների Ինստագրամի էջերը, մենք չենք մտածում, թե ինչ է թաքնված հազարավոր մարդկանց գերած այդ գեղեցիկ նկարների ետևում։

լուսանկարները չեն առանձնանում, քանի որ Ինստագրամում կան նրա պես հազարավոր գեղեցիկ աղջիկներ։ Սակայն իրականում Մարիանան ի ծնե ունեցել է ֆիզիոլոգիական հիվանդություն, որի հետևանքով աղավաղվել է նրա կազմվածքը։ Անհնար է պատկերացնել, թե ինչքան դժվարություններ է հաղթահարել այս աղջիկը՝ հիվանդությանը հաղթելու և անթերի մարմին կերտելու համար։
Մանուկ հասակում ամեն օրը իսկական փորձություն է եղել Մարիանայի համար, սակայն նա իր խնդիրների լուծումը գտել է սպորտով զբաղվելու և անընդհատ ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածության մեջ։ Սիստեմատիկ մարզումները օգնել են նրան ոչ միայն հաղթահարել հիվանդությունը և գեղեցիկ մարմին ունենալ, այլ նաև ազատվել այն բոլոր հոգեբանական խնդիրներից, որոնք ուղեկցում էին նրան մանուկ հասակից։
Եվ այսօր Մարիանան սեփական օրինակով ցույց է տալիս իր հետևորդներին, որ պետք է երբեք չհանձնվել և պայքարել բաղձալի արդյունքին հասնելու համար։
