Ադրբեջանի գազը մեծ գործոն չէ. ֆրանսահայ փորձագետ

Ադրբեջանն արդեն գործածել է իր նավթի պաշարների կեսից ավելին, և հեռու չէ այն օրը, որ այս երկիրն այդ առումով այլևս հետաքրքիր չի լինի գերտերությունների համար: Այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամիՖրանսիայի տեղական մարմնի ատենապետ, նավթային հատվածի հանրաճանաչ մասնագետ, «Պետրոսթրաթեջ» խորհրդատվական կազմակերպության հիմնադիր Պետրոս Թերզյանը:
«Անցած տարի Ադրբեջանը սեփական կարիքների համար Թուրքմենստանից գազ էգնել: Եթե կառուցվող գազատարով 2019 կամ 2020 թվականին գազ ուղարկի Եվրոպա, շատերկար տարիներ կպահանջվեն, որպեսզիկատարված ներդրումները կարողանան ետ ստանալ:Ադրբեջանում գազի ունեցածծավալները մեծ չեն. ունեցածից 6 մլրդ խորանարդը պլանվորվում է վաճառել Թուրքիային, 10 մլրդը՝ Եվրոպային, ինչը Եվրոպայի համար քաղաքական իմաստով ոչինչ է և այլընտրանք չէ:
Մյուս կողմից՝ ադրբեջանցիները ստիպված են այդ գազը հասցնել Իտալիայի սահմանները, որովհետև արդենստորագրված պայմանագրերը շատ խիստ պայմաններ են թելադրում և հեռու են գազային պայմանագրերիտրամաբանությունից: Հետևաբար` Ադրբեջանի գազը մեծ գործոն չէ, հատկապես, որ ներդրումային առումով այն այնքան թանկարժեք ծրագիր է, որ շահույթը լինելու է անհամեմատ փոքր»,- հավելել է Պ. Թերզյանը:
Պ. Թերզյանի խոսքով՝ ժամանակն անվերադարձ կերպով ի վնաս Ադրբեջանի է գործում, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ դա հօգուտ մեզ է: «Որպեսզի այդ ժամանակը մեզ համար լինի շահավետ, մենք պետք է արդյունավետ աշխատենք՝ զարգացնելով մերերկիրը»,- ասել է Պ. Թերզյանը:
