Երևան-Արտաշատ ճանապարհահատվածի երկկողմանի երթևեկությունը կվերականգնվի մայիսի 25-ին

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն ապրիլի 26-ին այցելել է «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 1-ի Երևան-Արտաշատ ճանապարհահատված, որտեղ ընթացքի մեջ է կամուրջների և ուղեանցերի շինարարությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից՝ հավելելով. «Ներկայում կամուրջներին հարող հատվածներում երթևեկությունը միակողմանի փակ է կամ կազմակերպված է շրջանցող ուղիներով:
Նախարարը կանգ առավ յուրաքանչյուր կամրջի մոտ, ծանոթացավ կատարվող աշխատանքին, ճշգրտեց ժամկետները: Այնթապ համայնքին հարող կամրջի շինարարներն ասացին, որ առաջիկայում պատրաստվում են բացել փակ երթևեկելի գոտին և աշխատանքները շարունակել` մյուս գոտին փակելով: Նրանք հավաստիացրին, որ աշխատում են առավելագույն արագությամբ. խոստացան մայիսի 25-ին երթևեկությունը բացել, իսկ սեպտեմբերին ավարտել ամբողջ շինարարությունը: Կապալառուները ժամկետներ խոստացան, իսկ նախարարը շեշտեց՝ հնարավորության դեպքում ժամկետից շուտ, բայց ոչ մի օր ուշ: «Երկկողմանի երթևեկությունը պետք է վերականգնել»,- շեշտեց նախարարը:
Բուրաստան համայնքին հարող կամրջի տակ երկկողմանի երթևեկն արդեն վերականգնված է, մյուս շինարարական աշխատանքները կշարունակվեն արդեն բաց երթևեկության պայմաններում: Աշխատանքի արագությունն ու որակն անշուշտ առաջնային են, բայց առավել կարևոր է երթևեկողների անվտանգությունը: Նախարարը հրահանգեց հետևել բավարար լուսավորության ու զգուշացնող նշանների առկայությանը: Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն անդրադարձավ նաև կառավարության նիստում վարչապետի հնչեցրած նկատողությանը, որ շինհրապարակներում աշխատողներ չեն լինում: Շինարարները հավաստիացրին, որ ներկայում աշխատում են 07:00-ից մինչև 19:00: Նախարարը նաև աշխատանքային պայմաններով հետաքրքրվեց և առաջարկեց ներկայացնել առկա խոչընդոտները: Շինարարները նշեցին, որ որևէ դժգոհություն չունեն և իրենք էլ շահագրգռված են օր առաջ ավարտելու շինարարությունը:
«Այսօրվա տեմպերից գոհ եմ, շինարարները խոստանում են, որ մինչև մայիսի վերջը 8 կամուրջներից 6-ի տակ երկկողմ երթևեկությունը կբացվի, ըստ տեմպերի՝ ես էլ տեսնում եմ, որ կհասցնեն: Շինարարական բոլոր աշխատանքները պայմանագրով նախատեսված է ավարտել մինչև տարեվերջ, բայց շինարարների հետ համաձայնության ենք եկել, որ մինչև սեպտեմբերի վերջն ավարտեն»,- նշեց Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նախարարը թեև աշխատանքների ընթացքից գոհ է, բայց շարունակելու է հետևողական լինել: Նա զգուշացրեց բոլոր կապալառուներին` այցերը հաճախակի են լինելու, որակի վերահսկողությունը` մշտական»:
