ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ը և ՀԲԸՄ-ն համայնքների զարգացման գործում Սփյուռքի ներգրավվածության խթանմանն ուղղված հուշագիր են ստորագրել

ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի (ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ) հայաստանյան գրասենյակը և ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանն ապրիլի 26-ին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր ստորագրեցին՝ միավորելով ջանքերը տեղական համայնքների զարգացման գործում սփյուռքի ներգրավվածությունը խթանելու համար: Ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է Together4Armenia (միասին հանուն Հայաստանի) վեբ-հարթակի (www.Togeth er4Armenia.am) միջոցով: Նորարար այս հարթակը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում սփյուռքի համապատասխան ոլորտների փորձագետների ցանցի (անդամների) գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները փոխանցել տեղական համայնքներին և քաղաքացիական հասարակական կազմակերպությունների (ՔՀԿ) ներկայացուցիչներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակից:
«Թեև հարթակն ի սկզբանե նախատեսված էր երեխաներին վերաբերող խնդիրները լուծելու համար, այն այլ ոլորտներ, ինչպիսիք են մշակույթը, ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաները, գյուղատնտեսությունը, ընդլայնվելու ներուժ ուներ՝ ներգրավելու նույն տրամաբանությամբ», - նշեց Հայաստանում ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Տանյա Ռադոչայը: «Հայաստանի և սփյուռքի միջև այս կապի ամրապնդումը կարևոր է ոչ միայն մեր աջակցության կարիքն ունեցող, տեղական համայնքներում բնակվող երեխաների և ընտանիքների համար, այլև՝ ապագայում կազմավորվելիք ավելի ընդգրկուն գործընկերությ ունների տեսանկյունից»:
Հարթակը ձևավորվել էր «Աշխատանքային միգրացիայի սոցիալական հետևանքների մեղմացում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում, որը ֆինանսավորվել է Եվրամության և իրականացվել ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի կողմից: Միանալով հարթակին՝ ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանն իրականացնելու է իր՝ «Bridge for CSOs» ծրագիրը, որը ևս ֆինանսավորվում է Եվրամիության կողմից: Ծրագրի նպատակն է բարելավել տեղական ՔՀԿ-ների կարողությունները՝ քաղաքացիների կարիքներին լավագույնս հետամուտ լինելու համար, ինչն էլ, իր հերթին, Together4Armenia հարթակի հիմնաքարն է:
«ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ետ մեր գործընկերությունը կարողությունների փոխանակման այս կարևոր առցանց գործիքի շուրջ՝ ՀԲԸՄ-ին հնարավորություն կընձեռի գործարկել սփյուռքի ներուժը: Սփյուռքի ուղորդված ներգրավումը ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություն է ՀԲԸՄ-ի համար: Այն մեզ կօգնի դառնալ կողմերը միմյանց կապող վստահելի հարթակ՝ տևական լուծումների միջոցով ձևավորելու հզոր Հայաստան»,- ասաց ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանի նախագահ, ՀԲԸՄ կենտրոնական վարչության անդամ Վազգեն Յակուբյանը:
Ապագայում ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ը շարունակելու է աշխատել 4 թիրախային մարզերում՝ Լոռի, Տավուշ, Շիրակ և Գեղարքուիք, կենտրոնանալով երեխաներին առնչվող խնդիրների լուծման վրա: Մինչդեռ ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանն ուշադրություն է դարձնելու ավելի լայն մասշտաբի ծրագրերի իրականացման վրա՝ նպատակ ունենալով ամրապնդել տեղական ՔՀԿ-ների պրոֆեսիոնալ կարողությունները ՝ սփյուռքի համապատասխան փորձագետների և այլ գործընթացների հետ համապատասխանեցնելով և ձևավորելով ՔՀԿ-ների կառավարմանն ուղղված կայուն կրթական համակարգ տեղական համալսարանի հետ համագործակցությամբ:
