«Միասին հանուն Հայաստանի» վեբ-հարթակը սփյուռքի փորձագետների գիտելիքները կփոխանցի Հայաստանի համայնքներին

«Միասին հանուն Հայաստանի» (Together4Armenia) վեբ-հարթակը հնարավորություն կտա սփյուռքի փորձագետների գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները փոխանցել Հայաստանի տեղական համայնքների ներկայացուցիչներին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ապրիլի 26-ին ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ը և Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միությունը (ՀԲԸՄ) ստորագրեցին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ միավորելով ջանքերը տեղակա համայնքների զարգացման գործում սփյուռքի ներգրավվածությունը խթանելու համար: Հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչ Տանյա Ռադոչայը և ՀԲԸՄ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի նախագահ Վազգեն Յակուբյանը:

«Կասկած չկա, որ յուրաքանչյուր ազգի ապագան իր երեխաների մեջ է: Եթե միավորենք մեր ուժերը և միասին ռեսուրսներ բերենք Հայաստանի երեխաների համար, հավատում ենք, որ մեծ ազդեցություն կունենանք: Այս հարթակը ստեղծվել է Եվրոպական միության, ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի և Հայաստանի կառավարության համագործակցության արդյունքում: Թեև հարթակն ի սկզբանե նախատեսված էր երեխաներին վերաբերող խնդիրները լուծելու համար, սակայն այլ ոլորտներ, ինչպիսիք են մշակույթը, ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաները, գյուղատնտեսությունը ևս ընդլայնվելու ներուժ ունեն: Հատուկ նպատակն է այս նախա գծի միջոցով հեշտացնել փորձի փոխանակումը: Մասնագետները շատ գումար չունեցող մարդկանց կսովորեցնեն, օրինակ՝ ինչպես հիմնել նոր բիզնես: Մենք այժմ գործում ենք առցանց տարբերակով»,-ասաց ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչ Տանյա Ռադոչայը և հավելեց, որ Հայաստանի և սփյուռքի միջև այս կապի ամրապնդումը կարևոր է ոչ միայն աջակցության կարիք ունեցող տեղական համայնքներում բնակվող երեխաների ու ընտանիքների համար, այլև ապագայում կազմակերպվելիք ավելի ընդգրկուն գործընկերությունների տեսանկյունից:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հարթակը, որը ձևավորվել է դեռ անցյալ տարի հուլիսին, գործում է Հայաստանի համայնքների, ընտանիքների, երեխաների բարեկեցության համար: Եվ սկսած այդ ժամանակից մինչ այժմ եղել են հաջողակ պատմություններ:

«ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հետ մեր համագործակցությունը կարողությունների փոխանակման այս կարևոր առցանց գործիքի շուրջ՝ ՀԲԸՄ-ին հնարավորություն կընձեռի գործարկել սփյուռքի ներուժը: Սփյուռքի ներգրավումը ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություն է ՀԲԸՄ-ի համար: Այն մեզ կօգնի դառնալ կողմերը միմյանց կապող վստահելի հարթակ և տևական լուծումների միջոցով ձևավորել հզոր Հայաստան»,- ասաց ՀԲԸՄ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի նախագահ Վազգեն Յակուբյանը:

ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի սոցիալական պաշտպանության բաժնի ղեկավար Արմենուհի Հովակիմյանը ներկայացրեց «Միասին հանուն Հայաստանի» վեբ-հարթակը:

«Սկսելով չորս մարզերում՝ Լոռու, Տավուշի, Գեղարքունիքի, Շիրակի, ընդլայնելու ենք ամբողջ Հայաստանով մեկ: Հարթակը տալիս է հնարավորություն՝ գրանցվելու որպես փորձագետ: Այս պահին կա գրանցված 30-ից ավելի փորձագետ, ովքեր եկել և դասընթացներ են վարել համայնքներում: Փորձառության ոլորտները բազմազան են՝ ծրագրերի կառավարման, ՄԻԱՎ-ՁԻԱՀ-ի կառավարման, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հետ աշխատանքի ոլորտներում և այլն:  Հարթակը հնարավորություն է տալիս գրանցել նաև նոր նախագծեր, գաղափարներ, որոնք մենք ֆիլտրում ենք»,-ասաց Արմենուհի Հովակմյանը:

Միանալով հարթակին՝ ՀԲԸՄ-ն իրականացնելու է իր՝ «Bridge for CSOs» ծրագիրը: Ծրագրի նպատակն է բարելավել տեղական ՔՀԿ-ների կարողությունները՝ քաղաքացիների կարիքներին հետամուտ լինելու համար: «ՔՀԿԱՄՈՒՐՋ»  ծրագրի  ղեկավար Արսեն Ստեփանյանի խոսքով՝ ծրագիրը սկսվել է մոտ 3 ամիս առաջ: Նախաձեռնությունը հնարավորություն կտա Հայաստանում գործող բարեգործական ՀԿ-ներին և այլ ոչ առևտրային կառույցներին զարգացնելու իրենց կարողությունները:
