Չեխիայի խորհրդարանը վերահաստատեց հավատարմությունը ժողովրդավարության բարձր արժեքներին. դեսպան Սեյրանյան

Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունում և Սլովակիայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Տիգրան Սեյրանյանը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Չեխիայի նախագահ Միլոշ Զեմանին, չեխ խորհրդարանականներին և քաղաքացիական հասարակայնության ներկայացուցիչներին՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և դատապարտման հետևողական ջանքերի համար:
«Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է դեսպան Սեյրանյանի մեկնաբանությունը՝ ապրիլի 25-ին՝ Չեխիայի խորհրդարանի կայացրած որոշման առնչությամբ.
«Իհարկե սա երկարատև և համբերատար աշխատանքի արդյունք է։ Մինչ այսօր փորձեր են եղել հարցը դնել Պատգամավորների պալատի օրակարգ՝ 2016թ․ ամռանը և բոլորովին վերջերս՝ ապրիլի 4-ին։ Վերջին անգամ 11 ձայն չէր հերիքել, որպեսզի բանաձևի նախագիծ դրվի քվեարկության։ Կային խանգարող բավականին լուրջ հանգամանքներ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, այս անգամ, Չեխիա-Հայաստան միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար, սոցիալ-դեմոկրատ պատգամավոր Րոբին Բյոհնիշի նախաձեռնությամբ քվեարկության էր դրվել իր պատրաստած նախագիծը։ Քվեարկությանը մասնակցել է 107 պատգամավոր, որից 104 -ը կողմ են քվեարկել, 3-ը՝ ձեռնպահ։ Կողմ քվեարկած պատգամավորները ներկայացնում են Չեխիայի խորհրդարանի Պատգամավորների պալատի բոլոր ութ խմբակցությունները։
Իմ խորին երախտագիտությունն եմ հայտնում Չեխիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Միլոշ Զեմանին, մեր բոլոր չեխ բարեկամներին՝ խորհրդարանականներին և քաղաքացիական հասարակայնության ներկայացուցիչներին, ՀՀ ԱԺ այն պատգամավորներին, որոնք եռանդուն կերպով նպաստել են այս պատմական փաստաթղթի ընդունմանը։ Առանձնահատուկ ցանկանում եմ նշել Չեխիայի հայ համայնքի ավանդը, որն իր հետևողական քայլերով, այս հյուրընկալ և գեղեցիկ երկրում իր քրտնաջան և ազնիվ աշխատանքով կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ձեռք բերեց այն հարգանքն ու գնահատականը, որը ճանաչելի դարձրեց իրեն, ձայնն է՝ լսելի իշխանությունների համար։ Շնորհակալ եմ նրանց համագործակցության համար։
Այս բանաձևի ընդունմամբ, որով դատապարտվում են նաև հրեաների, գնչուների, սլավոնների և այլ ազգերի նկատմամբ կատարած ցեղասպան գործողությունները, Չեխիայի խորհրդարանը վերահաստատեց ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների բարձր արժեքների նկատմամբ իր հավատարմությունը։
Նշեմ, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն առանձին է նշված այս բանաձևում»։
