ԱԻՆ-ում քննարկվել է Հայաստանում հրթիռային հակակարկտային համակարգի ներդրումը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կ. Կարապետյանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների և գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունները մեկնարկել են հակակարկտային համակարգի արդիականացման և կարկտի դեմ պայքարի առավել արդյունավետ մեթոդների ներդրման գործընթացը: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության  «ԱՆՏԻԳՐԱԴ» գիտաարտադրական կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչներին: ՀՀ ԱԻՆ պատվերով կենտրոնն իրականացրել է երկրի կարկտավտանգ տարածքների ուսումնասիրություն, որի հիման վրա էլ ներկայացվել են հակակարկտային համակարգի արդիականացման մեխանիզմն ուի հնարավորությունները: 

Հանդիպման նպատակն էր քննարկել Հայաստանի տարածքում  ավտոմատ հրթիռային տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումը՝ կարկտահարությունից գյուղատնտեսական կուլտուրաների վնասը մեղմելու համար: 

Աշխատանքային քննարկմանը մասնակցում էին նաև ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Արմեն Հարությունյանը, «Հայաէրոնավիգացիա» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Արթուր Գասպարյանը և այլ շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների համապատասխան ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ: 

«ԱՆՏԻԳՐԱԴ» գիտաարտադրական կենտրոնի կոմերցիոն տնօրեն Ալի Աբշաևը ներկայացրեց առաջարկվող նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ընդհանուր բնութագիրը և պաշտպանվող տարածքներում կիրառման ձևերը: 

Ըստ նախնական հաշվարկների՝ միջինում բերքի 5-6 տոկոսը վնասվում է կարկտաբեր ամպերից: Հակակարկտային հրթիռային տեխնոլոգիաները հավաքագրված են առաջատար և ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով, որոնք թույլ են տալիս 80-90 %-ով կրճատել  կարկտից բերքի վնասի չափերը: Այդ գործընթացում առաջնային նշանակություն ունեն նաև արդիականացված ռադիոլոկացիոն կայանները, որոնք հնարավորություն են  տալիս ճշգրիտ օգտագործել հակակարկտային կայաններն ու ավիացիայի միջոցները:

«ԱՆՏԻԳՐԱԴ» գիտաարտադրական կենտրոնն ուսումնասիրություններ է կատարել Հայաստանի տարածքում (1մլն 134 հազար հա), նախանշել կարկտաբեր առավել վտանգավոր տարածքները, կազմել անհրաժեշտ կայանների տեղադրման քարտեզը: 

Նոր հակակարկտային համակարգը հնարավորինս կրճատել է մարդկային գործոնը, համակարգի անխափան աշխատանքը իրականացվում է ղեկավարման և վերահսկման միասնական կենտրոնից: 

Անդրադառնալով անվտանգության հարցերին՝ Ա. Աբշաևը նշեց, որ հրթիռը որևէ պայթուցիկ, վտանգավոր նյութ չի պարունակում, այն վտանգ չի ներկայացնում նաև ինքնաթիռների համար, քանի որ վերջինիս գործարկման  առավելագույն բարձրությունը 5-6 կմ է: Նոր համակարգի կիրառումն արդյունավետ է ոչ միայն գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտում, այլև` ավիացիոն ոլորտում: Կարկտավտանգավոր ամպերի պատճառով թռիչքների հետաձգման դեպքում հրթիռը կարող է ցրել այդ ամպը, սակայն դրա գործարկման համար անհրաժեշտ է ներգրաված բոլոր օղակների ճշգրիտ և կապակցված աշխատանքը: Առաջարկվող համա կարգն առավել մատչելի է և արդյունավետ, որը կարող է ծառայել 15-20 տարի: 

Նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը հանձնարարեց սեղմ ժամկետում ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ և ներկայացնել պիլոտային ծրագրի նախնական տարբերակը՝ առաջիկա հանդիպմանն առավել հստակ քննարկելու նպատակով:
