Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ապրիլի 24-ին զոհ ունեցանք՝ դիպուկահարի կրակոցից։ Սակայն ավելի նյարդայնացնող է ֆեյսբուքյան որոշ արձագանքներին հետևել։ Նամանավանդ՝ Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում պարտված որոշ ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների պատճառով։ Նյարդայնացնում է, որովհետև սպանված զինվորների գործոնը վեր է ածվում քաղաքական շահարկումների։

Օրինակ՝ մեզ դավաճան ու հող հանձնող եք ասում, բա դուք ի՞նչ եք, եթե ձեր պարադիգմայում զինվոր է զոհվում։ Կամ էլ թե չէ՝ ճիշտ չեք անում, սա պետք է կանխել, բայց դուք սխալ եք անում, սակայն մենք չենք ասի ճիշտ ձևը որն է․․․

Նախորդ ընտրությունների ծրագրային տարբեր դրույթների չվերադառնանք․ առանց այն էլ երկու ամիս դրանց մասին խոսվել ու գրվել է։ Այս և այսօրինակ հռետորաբանության պարագայում կա միավորող մի տրամաբանական խոտան․ տպավորություն է, որ սահմանին զոհ ունենալ-չունենալը միայն Հայաստանից է կախված։ Դե Ադրբեջանն էլ՝ հեչ, երկրորդական գործոն է։

Սիրելի հարգելինե՛ր, նույնիսկ ամենազարգացած, ամենազինված ու ամենալավ ոչ լետալ միջոցներով ապահովված բանակները ռազմաճակատային պայմաններում չեն կարողանում 100 տոկոսով երաշխավորել իրենց անձնակազմի անվտանգությունը։ Դա անգամ ԱՄՆ-ը չի կարողանում անել ու չի կարողանում անել անգամ Աֆղանստանի նման հետամնաց երկրում, որտեղ առերեսվում է հիմնականում պարզ հրազենով զինված պարտիզանների հետ։ Ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը, եթե մեր բանակը՝ ի տարբերություն նույն ամերիկյանի, ստիպված է առերեսվել տեխնիկա-տեխնոլոգիական, թվային ու առնվազն ոչ լայնամասշտաբ մսաղացի փուլում ոչ պակաս մոտիվացված Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ-ի հետ։ Այդ ինչպիսի՞ ինֆանտիլ տրամաբանությամբ եք Ադրբեջանում կայացրած նման լոկալ որոշումները պայմանավորում Հայաստանի արած կամ չարած որևէ քայլով։ Այ ախպե՛ր, ադրբեջացի դիրքապահը խրամատում շատ չի նայելու մեր արածներին ու ասածներին, եթե իր օպտիկական նշանոցում հարմար բռանցնի մեր զինվորի ուրվագիծը։ Այդպիսի իրավիճակում գործողությունների հետագա ընթացքը որոշելու է ադրբեջանցի զինվորը ու մաքսիմում՝ նրա հրամանատարությունը, բայց ոչ մենք։

Հեքիաթ են պատմում, կամ էլ կամա, թե ակամա մոլորություններ են տարածում բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր պնդում են, թե այսօր կա որևէ իրական բաղադրատոմս, որը կբացառի զոհերը։ Դա չի լինելու, քանի դեռ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրը այս կամ այն կերպ իր վերջնական լուծումը չի ստացել։ Ու որքան էլ դա տխուր լինի, բայց նույնքան էլ անխուսափելի է, որ այս վիճակը պերմանենտ է։ Հող տաս՝ այլ բնագծերի վրա են դիպուկահարներով ու այլ միջոցներով մեր զինվորներին սպանելու, հող չտաս՝ այս։ Միջազգային հանրությաը գանգատվես՝ մեկ է սպանելու են, չգանգատվես՝ նույնը։ Պատժիչ գործողություններ անես՝ սպանելու են, չանես՝ ավելի շատ են սպանելու։ Ու այսպես շարունակ․․․

Մեկընդմիշտ պետք է հասկանալ, որ մենք վաղուց ենք անցել անդառնալիության այն կետը, որից այն կողմ այլև անհնար է առանց ռադիկալ բեկման, հասնել խաղաղության ու բացառել զոհերը։ Այնպես որ, համակերպվե՛ք այդ մտքի հետ, մի՛ տրվեք տարատեսակ շահարկումների ու առավել ևս՝ մի՛ դարձեք այդ շահարկումները ստեղծող ու տիրաժավորող։
