Это воспаление роговицы глаза, сопровождающееся слезоточивостью, помутнением, болевым синдромом и ухудшением зрения. Чаще всего возбудителем этого заболевания выступает синегнойная палочка.

КЕРАТИТ НЕИЗБЕЖЕН, ЕСЛИ:

 

  1. Ты отправляешься спать в контактных линзах. Статистика не врет: 44 % опрошенных людей, регулярно использующих контактные линзы, забывают снимать их на ночь, а это повышает риск возникновения кератита в 6,5 раз!

    Офтальмологи единодушны во мнении, что линзы необходимо снимать перед сном, даже если на упаковке указано, что это делать необязательно.

  2. Ты не меняешь своевременно линзы, срок использования которых истек.
  3. Не очищаешь линзы сразу после снятия. Грязная поверхность линз — благотворная среда для развития микроорганизмов. Своевременное очищение специальным раствором уничтожает 90 % бактерий. Кстати, раствор в контейнере также необходимо менять регулярно.
  4. Промываешь линзы водопроводной водой.
  5. Не снимаешь линзы во время принятия душа или в бассейне.
  6. Не моешь руки перед использованием линз.

 

Выполняй специальную гимнастику для коррекции зрения. Разработчики комплекса обещают значительные улучшения уже через неделю!
