Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի եւ նրա երկու ընկերների սպանության գործով այսօր Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում միջադեպ տեղի ունեցավ:
Դատարան էր ներկայացել Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի հայրը՝ տուժողի իրավահաջորդ Միհրան Ղազարյանը: Վերջինս նախ ասաց, որ բացատրություն, ցուցմունք է ուզում տալ, հետո փոխեց ասաց՝ հայտարարություն ունեմ անելու: Երբ ամբաստանյալների պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը փորձում էր դատարանից հետաքրքրվել, թե քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի ո՞ր նորմով է տուժողի իրավահաջորդը բացատրություն տալիս, Միհրան Ղազարյանը ընդհատեց փաստաբանին եւ սկսեց վիրավորական արտահայտություններ հնչեցնել: «Թող խոսեմ, այ հիվանդ, չես թողնում մենք խոսենք կուլտուր ա պետք»,- դիմելով Լուսինե Սահակյանին՝ ասաց տուժողի իրավահաջորդը:
Վիճաբանություն սկսվեց, Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի հայրը պարբերաբար ընդհատում էր փաստաբանին: Դիմելով դատարանին Սահակյանն ասաց, որ սա արդեն երկրորդ դեպքն է, որ տուժողի իրավահաջորդն իրեն վիրավորում է, եւ եթե կրկնվի, ապա համապատասխան հաղորդում կներկայացնի:
Վիճաբանությունից հետո, Միհրան Ղազարյանի ներկայացուցիչ Երեմ Սարգսյանը ասաց, որ իր վստահորդը ոչ թե բացատրություն ունի տալու, այլ որպես դատավարության մասնակից՝ հայտարարություն: Դատարանը թույլատրեց Միհրան Ղազարյանին հայտարարություն անել, ինչի ժամանակ կրկին միջադեպ տեղի ունեցավ: Այս անգամ միջադեպի ժամանակ լուռ չմնացին նաեւ գործով ամբաստանյալները՝ Գաստիկը՝ Ծըգլը, Տլեն:
«Երեկ, այսօր նույն ժամին 1 միլիոն հայ սպանվեց: Թուրքերը կոտորեցին ժողովրդին, եւ դեռ մեկ դար չանցած նույնը կատարվեց մեր որդիների նկատմամբ: Թուրքի շարունակություննե՞րն են սրանք: Այս բոլորը կատարվեց մեր աչքի առաջ: Մարդիկ փոխարենը ամաչեն, սփոփվեն նրանով, որ իրենք հանցանք են կատարել... սպանել են մարդիկ, զակոննի գողեր են ուզում դառնալ, ո՞ւր ենք գնում մենք, ո՞ւր է մեր ապագան... դուք կարծո՞ւմ եք ինձ հետաքրքիր է այստեղ գալ.. ես այդ օրերից սարսափում եմ: Օրինակ, փաստաբանը չէր կարող հռետորական ճառի փոխարեն բերեր մի փաստաթուղթ, որ 2015 թվականի մարտի 4-ին այլմոլորակայինները ափսեով իջել են «Նուբարաշենի» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, կատարել են այդ զազրելի, այդ ահավոր սպանությունը եւ հեռացել, ոչ մեկ չէր կասկածի...»,-հայտարարեց Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի հայրը:
