Մոտենում են ամառվա շոգ օրերը, ուստի անհրաժեշտ է իմանալ դեմքը ճիշտ լվանալու կանոնները: Պարզվում է շոգին դեմքը սառը ջրով լվանալը վնասակար է։ Այդ դեպքում ավելի ճիշտ է գոլ ջրով և առանց օճառի լվացվելը։ Խորհուրդ չի տրվում դեմքը սուզել մեծ քանակությամբ ջրի թասի մեջ։
