 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Գերմանիայի Սաքսոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի կրթության նախարար Մարկո Թուլների գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ ԿԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ կրթական համագործակցությունը հայ-գերմանական հարաբերությունների կարևոր ուղղություններից է:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, Լևոն Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Սաքսոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի կառավարությանը՝ հայագիտության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերած ուշադրության համար՝ միաժամանակ ընդգծելով, որ Գերմանիան Հայաստանի հուսալի գործընկերն է կրթության ոլորտում: «Հայ-գերմանական կրթական համագործակցության հիմքերն ամուր են, մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում տարիների փորձը, որ կուտակվել է այս ասպարեզում, ինչպես նաև իականացվող ծրագրերի արդյունավետությունն ու բազմազանությունը»,- նշել է ԿԳ նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ արդյունավետ համագործակցության հիմնվում է քաղաքակրթական արժեքների վրա:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ տարիներ շարունակ կրթության ծրագրերի ուղղությունը միտված է եղել երկու հիմնական նպատակի՝ առաջինը գերմաներեն լեզվի զարգացումն ու տարածումն է, որն արմատավորված էր դեռևս խորհրդային տարիներին, երբ Հայաստանի տարբեր բնակավայրերի դպրոցներում գերմաներենը ուսուցանվում էր որպես հիմնական օտար լեզու և երկրորդը՝ Գերմանիայի կրթական համակարգի ներկայացվածությունն է Հայաստանում, որն ունի առավելապես քաղաքական նշանակություն: «Կրթական համագործակցությունը շատ կարևոր է նախ և առաջ գերմանացի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ Հայաստանի հասարակոթյան ունացած ընկալումների ձևավորման առումով: Մենք գերմանացի ժողովրդին ընկալում ենք իբրև պատմական անցյալն ու իրադարձությունները ազնվորեն գնահատող հասարակություն»,- նշել է Լևոն Մկրտչյանը՝ հավելելով, որ մեր երկրում գերմաներենի զարգացման և տարածման տեսանկյունից լուրջ գործունեություն է ծավալում Գերմանական Ակադեմիական Փոխանակման Ծառայությունը (DAAD), որի կրթաթոշակային ծրագրերը մեծ հետաքրքրություն, շահագրգռվածություն են առաջացնում հայ երիտասարդների շրջանում, ինչպես նաև Գյոթեի ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցչությունը: 
Գերմանիայի Սաք սոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի կրթության նախարար Մարկո Թուլները շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարին՝ ընդունելության համար՝ նշելով, որ Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը պատրաստակամ է շարունակել կրթական ծրագրերի աջակցությունը, կարևորելով լեզվի տարածումն ու զարգացումը ինչպես հանրակրթության, այնպես էլ միջին մասնագիտական կրթության ասպարեզում: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ Գերմանիայում տնտեսությունն և աշխատաշուկան հիմնվում են ՄԿՈՒ ոլորտի վրա և իրենք, որպես փոփոխությունների ավելի մեծ փորձ ունեցող երկիր կարևորում են այդ ուղղությամբ զարգացումը:
Հանդի պման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև Բոլոնիայի գործընթացին, Եվրոպական կրթական տարածքի ընդհանրական խնդիրներին, միջդպրոցական կապերի ամրապնդմանը և հայ-գերմանական կրթական համագործակցությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի:
