ԵԽԽՎ-ն քննարկում է Թուրքիան մոնիթորինգի տակ ներառելու վերաբերյալ զեկույցը

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը ապրիլի 25-ին քննարկել է Թուրքիան մոնիթորինգի տակ վերցնելու հարցը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ԵԽԽՎ պաշտոնական կայքը, ապրիլի 25-ին ԵԽԽՎ-ում քննարկվել է «Թուրքիայում ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների գործունեության» վերաբերյլ զեկույցը։

Զեկույցը ներկայացրել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովը, համազեկուցողներ են նշանակվել  էստոնացի պատգամավոր Մարիան Միկոն և նորվեգացի պատգամավոր Ինգեդբյորգ Գոդսկեսենը:

Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովը մտահոգված է Թուրքիայում ստեղծված իրավիճակով, խորհրդարանականների և լրագրողների ձերբակալությունների դեպքերով, խոսքի և զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների ազատության սահմանափակումներով ու խախտումներով: Հանձնաժողովը մտահոգություն է հայտնել նաև Թուրքիայում օրերս անցկացված սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով, որի արդյունքում երկրում ամրապնդվել է նախագահական կառավարման համակարգը:

Հանձնաժողովը Թուրքիային կոչ է անում վերացնել երկրում հայտարարված արտակարգ դրությունը, անհապաղ ազատ արձակել ձերբակալված լրագրողներին և խորհրդարանականներին: Հանձնաժողովը ԵԽԽՎ-ին առաջարկում է նաև Թուրքիային հետմոնիթորինգային կարգավիճակից վերադարձնել մոնիթորինգի տակ:

Զեկույցի քննարկումից հետո տեղի կունենա քվեարկությունը: Քննարկման համար 3 ժամ է հատկացվել:
