Իջևանում ներկայացվել են նոր գործարար գաղափարներ

Իջևանում տեղի ունեցավ «Արդյունաբերական աշխատանք երիտասարդների համար» ծրագրի մասնակիցների գործարար ծրագրերի ներկայացումը: 18 մասնակցից գործարար ծրագիր էր ներկայացրել 16-ը: Նրանք մասնակցել են Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի սկսնակ գործարարների ձեռներեցությանն աջակցության «Հաջող սկիզբ» անվճար ծրագրին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկարին «Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման ազգային կենտրոն» (ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ) հիմնադրամից:
Գործարար գաղափարները ներառում էին սմարթ (խելացի) կոշիկների, հաց մթերքի և խմորեղենի արտադրություն, ինտերնետ ակումբի, թռչնաբուծարանի, գեղեցկության սրահի, ժամանցի ակումբի, հանգստի տան, հանգստյան գոտու, ձաիրշավարանի, երեխաների զարգացման կենտրոնի, ջերմոցի, գյուղմթերքի մեծածախ բազայի հիմնում, ազգային պարի դասավանդում:
Ծրագիրն իրականացնում են ՄԱԱԶԿ-ն (UNIDO) և Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ը համատեղ՝ Ավստրիայի կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ: Այն նպատակ ունի աջակցել ՀՀ մարզերում բնակվող 18-35 տարեկան երիտասարդ ձեռներեցներին սեփական բիզնեսի ստեղծման ու ընդլայնման գործում՝ այդպիսով նպաստելով երիտասարդության գործազրկության մակարդակի նվազեցմանը և Հայաստանում կայուն և համապարփակ արդյունաբերական զարգացմանը:
Երիտասարդ ձեռնարկատերերի ծրագրում ընտրության հիմնական չափանիշն իրատեսական և հստակ ձևակերպված բիզնես գաղափարն է, որը պետք է լինի նորարարական և ունենա աճի և նոր աշխատատեղեր ստեղծելու ներուժ: Առաջնահերթ են հատկապես արտադրության և ՏՏ ոլորտներում ներգրավված սկսնակները:
Ծրագիրը ենթադրում է համապարփակ մոտեցում՝ աջակցության ֆինանսական և ոչ ֆինանսական գործիքների համադրությամբ: «Հաջող սկիզբ» կոչվող առաջին փուլում երիտասարդ ձեռներեցները մասնակցում են ձեռնարկատիրական անվճար դասընթացի և մշակում գործարար ծրագրեր: Առավել իրատեսական ծրագրերը կարող են հավակնել ֆինանսական աջակցության` մատչելի վարկերի տեսքով: Ֆինանսական միջոցների տրամադրումից հետո առնվազն 1 տարվա ընթացքում սկսնակը ստանում է անվճար խորհրդատվություն և բիզնեսի կայացման ու զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ բազմակողմանի գործիքներ` անահատա կան աշխատանք և դասընթացներ շուկայավարության, ֆինանսական հոսքերի կառավարման, սննդի անվտանգություն և այլ ուղղություններով:
