Երեք մեթոդ, որոնք կօգնեն ազատվել խռմփոցից

Եթե Ձեր զուգընկերը հերթական անգամ բողոքում է, որ չի կարողացել քնել Ձեր խռմփոցի պատճառով, ապա Ladynews.am-ը Ձեզ առաջարկում է հետեւել մի քանի խորհուրդների, որոնք կօգնեն ազատվել խռմփոցից:
1.Մի քնեք մեջքի վրա:Իզուր չէ, որ Ձեր կինը քնելիս փորձում է այնպես անել, որ շրջվեք կողքի: Եթե թողնեք մեջքի վրա քնելու սովորույթը եւ փորձեք քնել այլ դիրքերում, ապա խռմփոցը մեկընդմիշտ կվերանա Ձեր կյանքից: Խռմփոցը կապված է շնչառական խնդիրների հետ, իսկ եթե դուք չեք կարողանում քնել փորի վրա կամ կողքի, ապա Ձեր շուրջը բարձեր տեղադրեք, որոնք չեն թողնի՝ շրջվեք մեջքի վրա:
2. Նվագեք փողային գործիքներ: Ձայները, որոնք Դուք հանում եք քնած ժամանակ, շատ նման են փողային գործիքների ձայների, ուստի իրական կյանքում սովորելով նվագել՝ Դուք կազատեք Ձեզ եւ Ձեր սիրելիին «գիշերային համերգից»: Նվագելով փողային գործիքներ՝ Դուք տոնուսավորվում եք վերին շնչուղիների մկանները:
3. Հրաժարվեք ալկոհոլային խմիչքների օգտագործումից: Ալկոհոլը քնի ժամանակ թուլացնում է վերին շնչուղիների մկանները եւ մարդն սկսում է խռմփացնել: Փորձեք քնելուց 3-4 ժամ առաջ ալկոհոլ չօգտագործել:
