Միայն հզոր պետություն ունենալու դեպքում է հնարավոր դիմակայել Ցեղասպանության նման արհավիրքները: Ապրիլի 24-ին Հերհերի ձորում լրագրողների հետ ունեցած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ այս մասին նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը:
«Ոչ մի տարի չի կարելի համեմատել մեկ այլ տարվա հետ: Ամեն տարի մեկ քայլով առաջ եք գնում Հայոց եղեռնի ճանաչման խնդրում, բայց հզոր պետություն ունենալով կկարողանանք դիմակայել այս ամենին, եթե չունեցանք հզոր պետություն, նշանակում է մեր ձայները ոչ մեկը չի լսելու՝ լսելու են ուժեղին»,- նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետը՝ կարևորելով պատմության դասերը:
«Պատմությունը պարտավոր ենք հիշել՝ հետագայում նման պատմություն չունենալու համար: 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ը ցույց տվեց, որ հենց այդ պատմությունը հիշելով ունեցանք քաջ ոգով դաստիարկված տղաներ: Մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է հասկանա, թե ինչ է իրենից կախված մեր պետությունն ուժեղացնելու համար: Եթե յուրաքանչյուրս մեր պարտականությունը կատարենք ու հայրենիքը սիրենք, Թուրքիային կպարտադրենք ճանաչել Ցեղասպանությունը»,- նշեց Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այսօր միայն պետք չէ սգալ: «Անշուշտ, պետք է հիշելով սգալ, բայց սգալով` նաև ուժեղանալ»:
