Թրամփն ուղերձ կհղի Հայոց ցեղասպանության տարելիցի կապակցությամբ. ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատուն

Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Ռաֆիկ Մանսուրը հարգանքի տուրք մատուցեց Հայոց Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին: «Ինձ համար պատիվ է այսօր այստեղ լինել: Գիտեմ, թե այս օրն ինչ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի և աշխարհասփյուռ հայության համար: Այսօր ԱՄՆ կառավարության և ժողովրդի կողմից այստեղ եմ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու 1915 թվականին զոհ գնացած 1,5 միլիոն հայերի հիշատակին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Ռաֆիկ Մանսուրը:
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ այսօր ԱՄՆ նախագահի կողմից կլինի ուղերձ օրվա հետ կապված, որը թարգմանաբար կներկայացվի հայերենով: Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե արդյոք նախագահը կարտաբերի Ցեղասպանություն բառը` նշեց, որ չի կարող նախագահից առաջ անցնել:
«ԱՄՆ-ը տարիներ շարունակ ընդունել է, որ 20-րդ դարի վայրագությանը զոհ է դարձել 1,5 միլիոն հայ: Մենք այսօր արժանին ենք մատուցում հայերի անկոտրուն ոգուն, ովքեր նոր կյանք են սկսել նաև ԱՄՆ-ում, մեծ ներդրում ունեցել մեր երկրի կյանքում, դրան զուգահեռ, վառ պահելով հայրենիքի մասին հիշողությունները»,-ասաց Մանսուրը:
Օսմանյան կառավարության կողմից իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանության փաստը հիմնավորվել է, ճանաչվել ու հաստատվել ականատեսների վկայություններով, օրենքներով, բանաձեւերով եւ բազմաթիվ նահանգների ու միջազգային կազմակերպությունների որոշումներով: 1915թ. Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայ բնակչության մասսայական կոտորածները որպես նախապես ծրագրավորված ու ամբողջությամբ իրագործված ցեղասպանական ակտ որակող փաստաթղթերի ամբողջական շարքը հսկայական է: Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն ընդունել են այնպիսի կազմակերպություններ, ինչպիսիք են Եվրոպայի Խորհուրդը, Եվրախորհրդարանը, ՄԱԿ-ի մի քանի հանձնաժողովներ, Եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային միությունը, Հարավային Ամերիկայի խոշորագույն կազմակերպություններից մեկի` ՄԵՐԿՈՍՈւՐ-ի խորհրդարանը եւ այլն: Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչել են շատ պետություններ. առաջինը պաշտոնապես ընդունել է Ուրուգվայը 1965 թ.: Հայ ժողովրդի կոտորածը պաշտոնապես դատապարտել եւ ճանաչել են որպես ցեղասպանություն` ըստ միջազգային իրավունքի, հետեւյալ երկրները` Ֆրանսիա, Իտալիա, Բելգիա, Նիդեռլանդներ, Շվեյցարիա, Շվեդիա, Ռուսաստան, Լեհաստան, Լիտվա, Հունաստան, Սլովակիա, Կիպրոս, Լիբանան, Ուրուգվայ, Պարագվայ, Արգենտինա (2 օրենք, 5 բանաձեւ), Վենեսուելա, Չիլի, Բոլիվիա, Կանադա, Վատիկան, Ավստրիա, Լյուքսեմբուրգ, Գերմանիա, Ավստրալիայի Նոր Հարավային Ուելս նահանգը, ԱՄՆ 45 նահանգներ:
