1․ Փոքր չափսի կրծկալ կրելը
Շատ կանայք կարծում են, որ փոքր չափսի կրծկալ կրելը կարող է առավել պիրկ ու սեքսուալ դարձնել կրծքերը։ Սակայն փորձագետները նշում են, որ փոքր չափսի կրծկալը կարող է առաջացնել անհանգստություն և վնասել կրծքի հյուսվածքները։
2․Կրծքապտուկների պիրսինգ
Կրծքապտուկների պիրսինգը կարող է լինել շատ վտանգավոր և մեծացնել վարակների հավանականությունը։ Եթե կրծքապտուկները վարակվեն, ապա այդ վարակը շատ արագ տարածվում է դեպի ավշային հանգույցներ ու անգամ անցնել արյան մեջ։

5․ Առանց կրծկալի վազել
Կանայք հաճախ նախընտրում են սպորտով, յոգայով զբաղվել՝ առանց կրծկալի, քանի որ այդպես առավել ազատ են զգում իրենց։ Սակայն այս սովորոթյունը կարող է վնասել կրծքերի հյուսվածքները։ Պետք է կրել գոնե սպորտային կրծկալ։
