Աշխարհի գերտերությունները շահագրգռված չեն ԼՂ հակամարտությունում ստատուս-քվոյի խախտմամբ: Լրագրողների հետ հոկտեմբերի 5-ին կայացած հանդիպմանն այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց «ՄոդուսՎիվենդի» վերլուծական < b>կենտրոնի ղեկավար Արա Պապյանը: «Ես որոշ ժամանակ առաջ կանխատեսում էի, որ շփման գծում ամենադժվարին իրավիճակը լինելու է 2015-2016 թթ.` Ադրբեջանում տնտեսական իրավիճակի վատթարացման և առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ սահմանային լարվածության միջոցով լրացուցիչ ձայներ ստանալու Ալիևյան վարչակարգի ցանկությամբ: Բացի այդ`  Արևմուտքը սկսել է ավելի քննադատաբար վերաբերվել Ադրբեջանին, որը կապված է նախևառաջ Ադրբեջանի միջազգայի ն կարևորության թուլացման հետ»,-նշեց նա:

«Արմենպրես»-ի այն հարցին, թե արդյոք ինչ է ակնկալում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից նախապատրաստվող Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպումից, Արա Պապյանն ասաց հետևյալը. «Դժվար է որևէ բան ակնկալել այդ հանդիպումից, քանի որ ի սկզբանե Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ չէ գնալ որևէ զիջման: Եթե ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պատրաստ չեն խաղաղության միջոցով լուծել ԼՂ հակամարտությունը, ապա այդ հանդիպումները արդյունքներ չեն տա»:

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարնեան հաջորդ հանդիպման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները: Երկու երկրների նախագահների հանդիպումն ակնկալվում է մինչև տարեվերջ: Այս մասին նշվել էր Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի (Ռուսաստան), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքի (ԱՄՆ), Պիեռ Անդրիուի (Ֆրանսիա), ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպրշիկի` Նյու Յորքում սեպտեմբերի 24-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ առանձին-առանձին և նախարարների հետ միացյալ հանդիպումներից հետո տարածված հայտարարության մեջ:
