«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ պատգամավորական դինաստիայի կարկառուն ներկայացուցիչ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանին իշխանությունները ցանկանում են տեսնել Վրաստանի դեսպանի պաշտոնում՝ ծանրամարտիկ Յուրի Վարդանյանի փոխարեն:

Իհարկե հարևան երկրում դեսպան ունենալն անհրաժեշտ է։ Սակայն այդ դեսպանը չպետք է լինի ոչ լեգենդար ծանրամարտիկ Յուրի Վարդանյանի տեսքով, ոչ էլ ՝ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի։ Բացատրեմ թե ինչու։ Վարդանյանն ու Նաղդալյանը դիվանագետներ չեն։ Ավելին, նրանք այնքան են հեռու դիվանագիտությունից, որքան Սերո Խանզադյանի հերոս Մխիթար սպարապետը մարդու հոգեբանական խառնվածքային տիպերից։ Ավելին՝ Նաղդալյանն ու Վարդանյանը չեն տիրապետում վրացերեն լեզվին, իսկ եթե ավելի ամբողաջական հնչի ասելիքը, ես խիստ կասկածում եմ, որ նրանք կարող են Վրաստանի պատմության վերաբերյալ կամայական երկու հարցի պատասխանել։ Եթե նայենք մեր հարևաններին, ապա Ադրբերջանի ու Թուրքիայի հետ փակ սահմանների պարագայում ամենակենսականը մնում է Վրաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները, որտեղ ունենք նաև մեծ հայկական համայնք։ Ասել կուզե, Վրաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանը պետք է լինի կոմպետենտ անձնավորություն, որը կկարողանա համադրել ազգային, պետական, տարածաշրջանային շահերը, միաժամանակ՝ հակասությունների մեջ չմտնելով վրացական իշխանությունների հետ։ Տողերիս հեղինակը գոնե ծանոթ է Վրաստանի նախկին և ներկա դեսպաններին Հայաստանում։ Գիտի, թե նրանք ինչ ծավալի և մասնագիտական աշխատանք են կատարում, որում ներառված է նաև ներկայիս դեսպանի կինը։ Իսկ ու՞մ է ներառելու տիկին Նալբանդյանը, խիստ կասկածելի է։ Անգամ կասկածելի է այն հանգամանքը, թե Վրաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանատանը, որևէ վրացերեն իմացող մասնագետ կա՚՞, թե ոչ։
