ԿԽՄԿ-ն Արցախում օգնություն է տրամադրում միայնակ ծերերին և ականների պայթյունի հետևանքով տուժածների ընտանիքներին

Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն (ԿԽՄԿ) 2016 թվականին համալրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքային և գյուղական տարածքներում ապրող ավելի քան 290 անապահով ծերերի ամսական եկամուտը:

Այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է ԿԽՄԿ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի առաքելության տեղեկատվության բաժնի աշխատակից Էթերի Մուսայելյանը և նշել, որ այդ օգնությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս նրանց պահպանել նվազագույն կենսապայմանները:

«ԿԽՄԿ-ն 2012 թվականից օգնություն է տրամադրում նաև ականների պայթյունի հետևանքով տուժածներին՝ փորձելով ինչ-որ ձևով թեթևացնել նրանց հոգսերը: Այսօրվա դրությամբ ծրագրից արդեն օգտվել է 200-ից ավելի ընտանիք: Ականի պայթյունից տուժած մի շարք առավել անապահով ընտանիքներ ստացել են դրամական օգնություն՝ ականի միջադեպերի հետ կապված բժշկական ծախսերը հոգալու համար»,- ասել է Մուսայելյանը:

Արցախի և Հայաստանի ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են տեսակցելու Մարտունի և Ճարտար քաղաքներում ապրող միայնակ ծերերին և ականների պայթյուններից տուժածներին:

ԱՀ Մարտունի քաղաքի 86-ամյա բնակչուհի Ստելինա Սարգսյանը, ով միայնակ տարեց կին է և օգտվում է ԿԽՄԿ-ի կողմից տրամադրվող օգնությունից մեզ հետ զրույցում ասել է. «Արդեն 2 տարի է, ինչ ԿԽՄԿ-ն ամսական 6000 դրամ է տրամադրում, ստանում եմ կենսաթոշակ և 9000 դրամ նպաստ:

Առողջությունս շատ վատ է, չեմ կարողանում ազատ քայլել. հիմնականում պառկած եմ լինում: Հարևաններս օգնում են, խանութից հաց են բերում: Դժվարությամբ, բայց կարողանում եմ իմ կարիքները հոգալ»:

Մարտունի քաղաքի 80-ամյա միայնակ տարեց Սվետլանա Մուսայելյանն էլ ասել է, որ առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի: «Մի աչքս ընդհանրապես չի տեսնում: Հարևաններս, բարեկամներս են օգնում: Ես չեմ կարողանում բակ իջնել, խանութ գնալ: Կարմիր խաչը արդեն 3 տարի է, ինչ ամեն ամիս 4900 դրամ գումար է տալիս, իսկ պետությունն էլ, բացի կենսաթոշակից ամեն ամիս 9000 դրամ նպաստ է տրամադրում, որպես միայնակի»,- ասել է Ս. Մուսայելյանը:

Մարտունու շրջանի ճարտար քաղաքի 39-ամյա Սասուն Դանիելյանը, ով ևս ԿԽՄԿ-ի շահառուներից է, պատմել է, որ 2015 թվականին ականի պայթյունի հետևանքով կորցրել է աջ ոտքը: «Որպես հաշմանդամ ընդամենը 19000 դրամ կենսաթոշակ եմ ստանում: Պրոթեզի խնդիր ունեմ, քանի որ եղածը կոտրվել է և այլևս հնարավոր չէ օգտագործել: Երկու անչափահաս երեխա ունեմ: Գյուղի դպրոցում նաև գիշերային պահակ եմ աշխատում, որպեսզի կարողանամ ընտանիքիս հոգսերը հոգալ. կինս չի աշխատում: Տուն չունենք, վարձով ենք ապրում»,- ավելացրել է Ս. Դանիելյանը և ընդգծել, որ ԿԽՄԿ-ն մի քանի օր առաջ 2 տոննա ցորեÕ ¶ է տվել, առաջիկայում էլ պետք է նաև հավեր տան՝ որպես օգնություն:
