«Ավագանու ընտրություններին շատ քիչ քաղաքական ուժեր են մասնակցում: Ըստ էության կրկնվում է նախորդ՝ նախագահական ընտրությունների սցենարը», - Past.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին:

«Չունենալով այլընտրանքային թեկնածու ՀՀԿ-ին չընտրող ընտրազանգվածը կգնա ու իր ձայնը կտա այն երկու ընդդիմադիր ուժերին, որոնք հիմա բավական ակտիվ կերպով զբաղված են քարոզչությամբ: Պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ «Ելք»-ը բավական ուժեղ դիրքեր ունի Երևանում»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ հավելելով, որ թեև տվյալ դաշինքը նորաթուխ է, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ «Ելք»-ն իր հիմնական ձայները ստացել է Երևանում:

Ըստ Գագիկ Համբարյանի՝ պատահական չէ, որ «Ելք»-ը Երևանում իր չորս ռեյտինգային թեկնածուներին տարել է ոչ թե Հայաստանի մարզերից, այլ Երևանի ընտրատարածքներից: ««Ելք»-ի վարկանիշն այսօր բարձր է: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, ում կընտրի ԲՀԿ-ի ընտրազանգվածը, խոսքը չի գնում մյուս կուսակցությունների մասին` ՀԱԿ, ՀՅԴ, ՀՎԿ-ն ու մյուս կուսակցություններն ու դաշինքները որպես այդպիսին ձայն չունեին, Իսկ ԲՀԿ-ն բավական ձայն ուներ»:

Անդրադառնալով նաև «Ելք»-ի ու «Երկիր ծիրանիի», այսպես կոչված, հակամարտությանը, քաղաքագետը զարմանք արտահայտեց. «Ով էր տեսել նման բան, որ երկու ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններ իրար կոկորդ կրծեն այն դեպքում, երբ ունեն մեկ հակառակորդ, այն է՝ ՀՀԿ-ն: ԻՆձ համար տարօրինակ է Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի պահվածքը, քանի որ նա առաջին տարին չէ, ինչ քաղաքականության մեջ է, որ չի կարողանում իրեն կոռեկտ պահել: Նման պահվածքն ինձ համար անընդունելի ու տարօրինակ է: Նկատենք, որ նույն Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի համար ոչ թե «Ելք»-ն է հիմնական թիրախը, այլ ՀՀԿ-ն, իսկ ՀՀԿ-ն ամեն ինչ անելու է իր դիրքերը պահպանելու ու ամրապնդելու համար: Չեմ կարող չնշել, որ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի պահվածքը թուլացնում է ընդդիմադիր դաշտը»:
