Անցած տարվա հուլիսյան իրադարձությունների ժամանակ ՄԻՊ-ը ստացել է 200-ից ավելի հաղորդում

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի արագ արձագանքման թեժ գծին 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ստացվել է 200-ից ավելի հաղորդում մարդկանց ազատությունից զրկելու 335 դեպքի վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ապրիլի 21-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը:
«Այդ օրերին ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներ են բերման ենթարկվել 500-ից ավելի անձինք», - նշեց Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը: Նրա խոսքով`իրենք 48 այց են կատարել ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներ, որտեղ տեղի են ունեցել առանձնազրույցներ շուրջ 300 անձի հետ:
«Հուլիսյան իրադարձությունների ընթացքում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի արագ արձագանքման թեժ գծին, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության բաժնում գտնվելու ընթացքում գրավոր եղանակով հասցեագրվել են ընտրված անձին տեղեկացնելու իրավունքի խախտմանը վերաբերող 155 բողոք, ինչպես նաև 179 բողոք՝ կապված փաստաբանի մուտքը ոստիկանության բաժին խոչընդոտելու հետ»,- ասաց Թաթոյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` հուլիսից 17-31-ի ընթացքում ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը ստացել է բազմաթիվ հաղորդումներ լրագրողների օրինական գործունեության խոչընդոտման դեպքերի մասին։ «Կոպտորեն խախտվել ե Azatutyun.am, A1plus.am, Panorama.am, Lragir.am, Armlur.am, Panarmenian.am, PAN-Photo, 1in.am, NewsPress.am, «Հայկական ժամանակ» լրատվական ծառայությունների, ինչպես նաև «Արմենիա» ՀԸ և «LifeNews» ռուսական լրատվամիջոցի լրագրողների ու օպերատորների իրավունքները», - ընդգծեց Ա.Թաթոյանը:
