Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը մասնակցել է «Հայաստանում աղջիկների և կանանց իրավունքների ու հնարավորությունների ընդլայնում» թեմայով գիտաժողովին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ապրիլի 21-ին մասնակցել է «Հայաստանում աղջիկների և կանանց իրավունքների ու հնարավորությունների ընդլայնում» թեմայով գիտաժողովին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հայաստանում ամերիկյան համալսարանին միջոցառումը կազմակերպելու համար և կարևորել այս թեմայով գիտաժողով անցկացնելու գաղափարը:
Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ ցանկացած պետության զարգացվածության չափանիշներից մեկը այդ հասարակության մեջ կանանց զբաղեցրած դիրքն է ու նրանց նկատմամբ հասարակության վերաբերմունքը: «Մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի համար կա կատարելության դերային մոդել՝ մեր մայրը, որից նախ և առաջ սովորում ենք հասարակության նկատմամբ վերաբերմունք»,- նշել է նախարարը և հավելել, որ մեր երիտասարդ պետությունը չի կարող իրեն նման «շքեղություն» թույլ տալ ու հրաժարվել հայ աղջիկների ու կանանց ներուժն օգտագործելու հնարավորությունից:
Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ այդ առումով հայ հասարակությունում առաջընթացն ակնհայտ է: «Որպես օրինակ նշեմ, որ Արդարադատության նախարարության կենտրոնական ապարատում աշխատում է 386 մարդ, որից 208-ը՝ աղջիկներ ու կանայք են: Նրանցից 35-ը զբաղեցնում են ղեկավար պաշտոններ, իսկ նախարարության աշխատողների մեծամանության տարիքը մինչև 40 տարեկան է»,- ասել է նախարարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ վիճակագրական այս թվերը դրական դինամիկա արձանագրող փաստերի և քաղաքականության լուռ ապացույցներ են:
Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ իր համար հպարտության հիմքը զուտ թվերի դինամիկան չէ, այլ այն փաստը, որ այդ թվերից այն կողմ կրթված, պատասխանատու, փորձառու և նվիրված աղջիկներ ու կանայք են, որոնց ջանքերի արդյունքում հաջողությամբ կատարվել ու կատարվում են նախարարության առջև դրված մեծածավալ ու պատասխանատու աշխատանքները:
Նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ուշադրության համար և գիտաժողովի մասնակիցներին մաղթել արգասաբեր աշխատանք:
