Որքան հաճախ են կանայք տառապում ճյուղավորված մազերի պատճառով: Այս երևույթի դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր միջոցն անառողջ մազերը կտրելն է: Անհրաժեշտ է այն կատարել կանոնավոր կերպով, ցանկալի է 1.5-2 ամիսը մեկ անգամ: Ընդ որում, առավել արդյունավետ կլինի ճյուղավորված մազերը կտրել «տաք մկրատ» տեխնոլոգիայով:
Մազերի բուժման միջոցների ցանկում են նաև ժողովրդական մեթոդները:
Առաջարկում ենք ժողովրդական միջոցներ, որոնք կկանխեն այդ անհարմարություն պատճառող երևույթը:
1. Մազերը լավ սանրեք և երկու հյուս արեք: Ծայրերին դեղձի յուղ և վիտամին А քսեք և թողեք 2-ից 4 ժամ: Հետո լվացեք գլուխը: Մեղրն ու մազերի բալզամը հավասար չափաբաժնով խառնեք և երկարության կեսից քսեք վարսերին: Փաթաթեք գլուխը պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով, իսկ վրայից՝ սրբիչով: Թողեք 1-ից 1.5 ժամ:
2. Ճյուղավորվող մազերի դեպքում գլուխը լվանալուց հետո դրանք պետք է եղինջի ջրով ցողել: Մեկ կիլոգրամ եղինջի վրա երեք լիտր եռման ջուր լցրեք, կես ժամ թրմեք և քամեք: Տաք թուրմով շողեք և չորացրեք մազերը: Ցանկալի է, որ սկզբում դրանք բնական ճանապարհով չորանան, հետո չորացրեք վարսահարդարիչով:
3. Ճյուղավորված մազերի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետ միջոց են յուղերով դիմակներն և թրջոցները: Անհրաժեշտ է դրանք մազերին քսել՝ տաքացրած ցանկացած տեսակի բուսական յուղով մազերի արմատները մերսելուց հետո: Լավագույն արդյունքը տալիս է գերչակի յուղը: Բայց կարելի է նաև օգտագործել ձիթապտղի, կոկոսի յուղ, նաև՝ արևածաղկի ձեթ: Յուղը պետք է քսել վարսերին, սրբիչով փաթաթել, մեկ ժամ անց գոլ ջրով լվանալ:
4. Ճյուղավորված մազերի դեպքում կարելի է օգտագործել որոշ սննդամթերքներ. մածուն, շիճուկ, ձվի դեղնուց, տարեկանի հաց:
5. Արդյունավետ է նաև կեֆիրի դիմակը: Մազերը լվանալուց և չորացնելուց հետո մազերի ամբողջ երկարությամբ կեֆիր քսեք: Գլուխը տաքացրեք, որպեսզի դիմակը հնարավորինս երկար պահպանվի: Այս դիմակը կարելի է երեկոյան քսել և քնել: Առավոտյան անհրաժեշտ է լվանալ վարսերը և թողնել, որ դրանք չորանան:
