Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու քրգործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 9 անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչությունում ավարտվել է ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ կապված իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 9 անձի: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2016թ. հունիսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 22.30-ի սահմաններում, հյուրանոցառեստորանային համալիրից ստացված ահազանգն ստուգելու նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշի բաժնի ՔՀԲ պետ Խ.Պետրոսյանը, նույն բաժնի ՔՀԲ պետի տեղակալ Հ.Աղաբեկյանի և նույն բաժնի ՀՈԲ տեսուչ Տ.Դանիելյանի հետ, ով եղել է ծառայողական համազգեստով, մեկնել են հյուրանոցառեստորանային համալիր։ Ճանապարհին՝ Ղարսի խճուղում գտնվող «Ղարս» խանութի դիմաց, նկատել են «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի և «Վոլկսվագեն Վենտո» մակնիշի վտոմեքենաներ, որոնց բաց պատուհաններից կիսով չափ մարմնով դուրս եկած երիտասարդները, ավտոմեքենաների բարձր երաժշտությունը միացրած, բղավել, հայհոյել և անընդմեջ տվել են ձայնային ազդանշաններ:
Նշված ավտոմեքենաների վարորդներին և ուղևորներին կարգի հրավիրելու, հասարակական կարգը պահպանելու նպատակով ոստիկանության ծառայողները կանգնեցրել են ավտոմեքենաները և ներկայանալով՝ փորձել են կարգի հրավիրել նրանց, սակայն նշված ավտոմեքենաների ուղևորները, գտնվելով ոգելից խմիչքի ազդեցության տակ, դուրս են եկել ավտոմեքենաներից և չենթարկվելով հասարակական կարգի խախտումը դադարեցնելու օրինական պահանջին՝ բռնություն են գործադրել և ծեծի ենթարկել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին:
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ նշված ավտոմեքենաների ուղևորներից մեկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, մյուս 8 ուղևորին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվող կամ մեղադրվող անձը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
